Both dates are available: 28th has 1 space available and 29th has 2 spaces. Availability is subject to change at any time. We are not able to hold any spaces without full payment due to the close departure date.

Do I need a letter of invitation for visa purposes?

Once the tour is confirmed, we can provide a letter confirming your arrangements in Ireland.

Is travel insurance mandatory for the tour?

Yes, adequate travel insurance is required to participate in the tour.

Can I use my credit card details for insurance information?

Yes, you can use your credit card as your insurance information in our system.

How can I confirm my booking request for the tour?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing to confirm your booking.

Do you have a waitlist? I am interested in the Sept 15th departure.

Unfortunately they do not offer a waiting list on the tour departure 15/09. The have space available on 16/09 departure, however I don't think this will work given the conference you are attending starts on 19/09 and the alternative date tour would end on 20/09 at 7:30pm in Dublin.

Can I check if the minivan or bus has a restroom?

The mini-bus doesn't have restrooms, but our driver-guides make stops every 1.5 to 2 hours.

Are the flights included in the package?

Flights are not included; it's best to wait until your tour is confirmed before booking flights.

What should I do if my personal details change?

If your details change, please update them in the Traveller Details section on our website.

There was some problems on the first day of the tour. Tour radar did not tell us that they had. I’m assuming sold our tour to a different company while we were waiting for the TourRadar bus. Another small bus up it was a 12 passenger mini bus we had no idea we were supposed to get on that bus. TourRadar did not inform us that we would not be touring with the tour radar logo, I approached the bus driver because we waited an hour to be picked up. Everybody was late. It was pouring rain and I told the driver that TourRadar had not shown up and we have been waiting for an hour and then I saw our name on his list the companies name was RABBIE. It was a fantastic tour. Our drivers name was Michael. However, we had absolutely no communication from TourRadar about this , we could have missed our entire tour. Had I not approached the driver and asked him if we could join his tour. As I said, our name was on his list, but it was a completely different company, and we had no idea. Very poorly done in my opinion. We had no idea where we were going to be lodged. We did not receive that information from TourRadar. The driver knew where we were supposed to go, but we didn’t that something else. I think should’ve been told to my brother and I, in spite of that the B&B were great and we had a really fantastic tour, but I would not use TourRadar again, their communication is not goodShow more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 26th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 26th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and On The Go Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
