I am wondering about timing/timelines. For example is there a window of time for meals? What time does the bus depart in the mornings etc?

    • CIE ToursOperatorWritten January 2025

Your Tour Director will provide you with a schedule for each day, but in general the tour day begins between 8:00 – 9:00am and arrival at the hotel for that evening is usually between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Breakfast and dinner times at the hotels won't be long before or after the 8-6pm tour operation time above, but it would vary between hotels. We generally incorporate a sightseeing feature each morning and afternoon. There are breaks at two-hour intervals or less so that you get a chance to stretch your legs, purchase a snack or lunch, take photos, or use a restroom.
