Is it possible to change the departure date from February 12-24 to February 14-26?

It is not possible to modify the departure date if it is a shared tour, because the departure dates to Puebla are established on a specific date. One option would be to arrive a day before Sunday, although you would miss the tour on February 14.

I have walking difficulties and use a rollator to get about. Would I be able to come on this tour? Also one of our main reasons is to visit Teothican so does the tour only visit there in March?

It largely depends on your level of mobility, as there may be places where you will need to walk a considerable distance. Regarding the visit to Teotihuacán, it was scheduled exclusively for the months of February–March.
