Is this tour offered also in Spanish, or guide is bilingual?

All of our tours are in English. The Tour Manager may speak Spanish but the majority of the time they will be speaking English.

Is disable person able to join the tour .he needs a wheelchair .is bus tour has wheelchair access ?

We do not automatically have coaches that will accommodate people with all mobility concerns. We usually ask you to fill out and return a special medical request form advising the nature of the mobility device. The overall activity level of this tour is a level 2. This means you can handle a variety of terrains, from cobblestone streets to moderate hills. While this level is appropriate for travelers that require mobility assistance devices, there could be times when you may have to sit out on some of the included activities. We do request that someone who is unable to get into and out of our coach on their own be accompanied by at least one traveling companion.

This was a custom tour. We saw visited 8 out of 10 things recommended on trip advisor. My favorites were the saints and Chopin. Auschwitz/berkanau was very profound. Our tour manager Patryk P. Was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Poland, as he has lived through some of the many changes. I have travelled Collette before and it has been my experience that that the tour manager has always made the experience more than I expected. Hello, when we planned this trip, we were filled with joy at the opportunity to visit the sites where the Virgin Mary appeared, with a great eagerness to learn more about this special place and to delve deeper. We went with an open heart, ready to spiritually enrich ourselves through a positive experience. However, that was not the case. Unfortunately, the person assigned as our guide was very disorganized, lacked sufficient knowledge about the places to be visited, communicated poorly, and had a negative and rude attitude. Some of the locations listed in the itinerary were not visited. It saddens us that a trip was offered that did not come to fruition. I hope improvements are made so that future travelers do not return with the same impression.Thank you.Show more
