We have just finished our 17-day private tour, and honestly, it feels strange to be back home after such a long and memorable journey. Starting in Casablanca and traveling through the imperial cities, different landscapes and finally the Sahara gave us a really good feeling for how diverse Morocco is. Because we had 17 days, we never felt like we were racing from one place to another. We could actually enjoy the cities, take our time in the medinas, stop along the road and have a few slower moments. The Sahara was definitely one of the highlights. Watching the sunset over the dunes, spending the evening at the camp and waking up to the desert sunrise was something we'll remember for a long time. But surprisingly, some of our favorite moments were the simple ones between the main destinations. Our driver was excellent throughout the tour. He was patient, professional and always willing to answer our questions or make a stop when something caught our attention. Having a private tour also gave us the flexibility we wanted, which made 17 days feel very comfortable. Now that we've just finished the trip, we're already looking back through our photos and realizing how much we experienced in such a short time. Morocco has so many different faces, and having enough time to see them properly made this journey special. We would definitely recommend this tour, especially to travelers who have the time to enjoy Morocco slowly. Seventeen days may sound long when you first look at the itinerary, but once you're there, you'll understand why having extra time makes such a difference.Show more

One thing we were very happy about when looking at this itinerary was the number of days. Seventeen days sounded like a lot at first, but once we were there, we understood why. Morocco is not a country we wanted to rush through. We enjoyed the famous places, of course, but some of our favorite memories came from much simpler moments. Sitting in a café watching people go about their day, stopping in small villages, having tea with locals, or wandering through a medina without knowing exactly where we were going. The imperial cities were full of history and character, and each one felt different enough to keep things interesting. We especially enjoyed Fes, where you can spend hours exploring the old streets and discovering something new around every corner. Then there was the Sahara. After so many days of cities and villages, arriving among the dunes felt like entering another world. We watched the sunset, enjoyed dinner at the camp and spent a surprisingly long time outside just looking at the stars. It was quiet in a way we rarely experience at home. Having a private tour was perfect for us because we never felt pushed to move on. Our driver was attentive without being intrusive, and he was always happy to explain things or suggest a different stop when we were interested in something. By the end of the trip, Morocco didn't feel like a collection of destinations anymore. We had started to recognize the landscapes, understand a few local expressions and feel comfortable with the rhythm of everyday life. For travelers who have the time, I would absolutely choose a longer itinerary like this. The extra days don't feel unnecessary they give you the chance to slow down and actually enjoy Morocco rather than simply trying to see all of it.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 15 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
