      According to the regulations of General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, any passenger holding an economy class adult ticket is entitled to bear the luggage of 20 kg (about 44 pounds) free of charge (checked and carry-on luggage). Airlines may have different regulations, but generally, the size of each carry-on luggage should be smaller than 20 X 40 X 55 centimeter (8×16×22 inches) and total weight should be less than 5 kilograms (about 11 pounds). Otherwise, the luggage should be checked together with your other luggage. The free luggage should not exceed 20 kilograms (about 44 pounds).

      We are glad to book two extra nights hotel in Beijing Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong Hotel. The room rate USD140 per room per night, and USD280 for two nights includeding daily breakfast. Yes, the airport transfer is still included if guest arrive on Oct 07th.

      Yes, the airport transfer is still included on Oct 07th even guest book the extra nights different hotel (the own booked hotel should be in the downtown area) on him/her own. But, guest should find their own way from the own booked hotel to the group hotel on Oct 09.

      On the last day, the hotel-airport transfer is not included. If you need us to arrange it, the extra transfer charge is USD68 for a private car. If guest will stay in a different hotel (within downtown area), the extra transfer charge is USD68 too.

      Do you have the confirmed tour dates? Our small group tour has the fixed starting date. We have four dates in August, which are Aug 07, Aug 14, Aug 21 and Aug 28. Please let us know which date you prefer.

      We suggest you book the international flights on your own in order to save the cost. You could book the flights to Beijing and departure from Shanghai.

      The travelers may get visa exemption for the 240 hour visa. According to the policy, 240-hour will be valid from 00:00am on the the next day. Besides, the traveler's tour schedule should meet the request of "A city → China → B city". However, since we are not quite professional on visa issue, please kindly double confirm it with the local embassy to make sure the trip will be smooth then.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
