This operator delivered a different itinerary to the one which we booked and had confirmed in writing before actually making the booking. It seemed that they just mixed different itineraries in the same vehicle with people joining and departing at different times resulting in much wasted time on day 2 and a completely different afternoon itinerary on day 3 along with more wasted time returning half day customers to Istanbul before resuming the full day tour. The operator refused to acknowledge any failing, nor offer any compensation or attempt to deliver the missing elements of the booked itinerary. We would advise against using this operator if this is typical of the level of service offered.Show more
