      We are arriving very late on Oct.7th. It will be schedule 10 pm arrival. Some can pick us up on those times? What's name of the hotel?

      We can pick up you 24/24. And according to the price on tourrada, all of the hotels are 3 stars (Based on Double/Twin Sharing rooms). List of hotel in the itinerary: Hanoi: La Dolce Vita Hotel, Ha Long Cruise: Swan Cruise, Danang: Santa Luxury Hotel, Hoi An: Hoi An Central Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City: GK Central. If you want to upgrade the hotel, you must pay a small fee.

      Is it possible to upgrade Ha Long bay 1 night cruise? From Swan to like Paradise? I think Swan seems fine but what's the different in price?

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before May 1st, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 1st, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Conical Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Conical Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
