Our driver Kapil picked us up on time at our hotel in Delhi in a nice big car. There were 4 of us travelling plus luggage. We drove directly to Agra and the traffic was horrendous but he was a good driver so we felt safe. The 5 hour drive was a bit boring as we could not see much due to the fog/smog/pollution. On arrival we checked into the Grand Mercure hotel which was very nice. We then went to see the Red Fort in Agra which was very impressive and meant a lot to me as my regiment had been involved in the battle of Agra in 1803. We then went to the Taj Mahal and our guide (who was excellent by the way) gave us a detailed history which was fascinating. He knew exactly where to stand to get the best photos which was much appreciated. We then had the night to ourselves and we ate in the hotel. The only bad point being that there was no hot water. The next day we drove to Jaipur topping at Fatehpur Sikri city on the way which was quite interesting and again we had a good guide. We then stayed at the Radisson Blu hotel overnight (again no hot water in the shower). The next morning our third guide showed us around the Amber fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mawal and Jai Mantar which were all good to see. We then drove all the way back to Delhi and said goodbye to the driver. We would definitely book this tour again even though there is a lot of sitting in the car. The weather was a lot colder than we expected but thankfully we then flew to Goa for a week's rest.Show more

Wonderful experience ... got to see all the wonderful sights in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. My driver Avinash was punctual and the collection was as they said. Enjoyed all the daily guides and shyamveer in Delhi persuaded me to try some local street food - wonderful experience. Prashant showing me the majestical Taj Mahal and his knowledge was amazing. Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 22nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Taj Voyages Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
