The trip started off bad. The lack of communication from On The Go Tours made a small problem a major issue. Missed the transfer between hotels as we arrived a day early. That in itself was not a problem but what we didn't know, and On The Go Tours didn't tell us, is that the driver had our itinerary. I emailed On The Go Tours and was told someone would meet us on day 4 but no time was given. Late day 3 we contacted them and found out about the Itinerary and pick up the following morning at 7:20 am for ferry departure at 8:05. If we hadn't contacted them we would have missed the ferry. On day 6 we arrived in Hvar and the driver failed to meet us at the ferry pick-up, On The Go Tours basically blamed us for not ringing them to find out why. They said the driver called our mobiles but we have no record of missed calls. Once we arrived at our hotel on Day 6 in Hvar it was after midday so little options available for tours for the remainder of the day. Hvar was a wasted spot with only 18 hours spent there. Too much time spent in transfers and hotel checkin and not even a full day. Similar situation in Split, hotel was out of the main tourist and Old Town area. Probably should have missed either Hvar or Split to make it more enjoyable at one of the places instead of squeezing both in and not seeing much. On link to my On The Go page there was only my detais and Tour details but nothing about the tour for the date I was going. Same when click on tour notes there was only general tour details, nothing about the dates or times of tour i was going on.Show more

We really enjoyed our "8 day Croatia Island Hop & Stop". We knew that the "tour" included accommodation and transfers only (i.e.: no tour guide and we were responsible for planning our activities each day) - which was pretty much exactly what we wanted. We kind of assumed that we'd be travelling with other people on the same "tour". But if fact it was just us. At the end of our incoming flight, and each subsequent ferry trip, we were met by a person that got us to the next hotel (a taxi essentially) and then later, a person would collect us and take us to the next ferry/flight. It all worked smoothly. The accommodation varied from "pretty average" to excellent. The breakfasts varied similarly. We "customised the tour by adding an extra day in Split. In retrospect we should have added an extra day in Hvar. Would I recommend it? 100%Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 28th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 28th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and On The Go Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
