Is the hike towards the Tiger's Nest possible on mules or horses? Can you provide more information about this climb regarding physical efforts?

The group will hike from 2400m elevation and reach 3100m at the Taktsang Monastery before returning back to 2400m in the same day. The climb should take around 6 hours for a total distance of 7 km. There are no mules or horses that are available due to our Animal Welfare Policy.

Do we need a letter of invitation to get a visa?

You will need to get a visa for Nepal on your own, and then for Bhutan you will need fill out a form for a letter of invitation which you will present at the border to get your visa.
