Itinerary
- Day 1
Fukuoka
You'll arrive in Fukuoka and meet your representative in the arrival hall, then get transferred to your Hakata hotel by public transport. Before you settle in, pack a separate bag with clothes and toiletries for your 2-night Beppu stay, since your main luggage heads to Miyazaki in the morning.
- Day 2
Yufuin - Beppu
Your main suitcase gets transferred to Miyazaki this morning. At 9:30am, a pickup from your hotel lobby takes you to Hakata station for the Yufuin no Mori limited express to Yufuin. You'll wander around Yunotsubo Street and Kinrin Lake at your own pace, then catch a public bus to Beppu. After checking into your hotel, you can relax in the hot spring facilities this evening.

- Day 3
Beppu
Following breakfast, you'll join the Hell tour with 3 hells and a walking tour of Kannawa Onsen District, plus Jigokmushi steamed food experience. There's an optional opportunity for Bamboo Craft Making at the Bamboo Factory if you're interested. Later you'll head back to the hotel and can enjoy the hot springs again.

Beppu to Miyazaki
After breakfast, walk to Beppu station and take JR to Miyazaki, purchasing lunch on the train. Drop your luggage at the hotel, then head back to catch a train to Aoshima. You'll explore Aoshima Island with its shrine and beach before having dinner on your own and returning to the hotel by JR. Pack a separate bag for your 2-night Kagoshima stay, as your main luggage transfers to Kumamoto tomorrow.

Miyazaki to Kagoshima
Your main suitcase transfers to Kumamoto this morning. At 8:30am, a pickup takes you to Miyazaki station for JR to Kagoshima. Leave your luggage at the hotel, then hop on the Kagoshima City View Bus for a city tour covering Senganen Garden and Shiroyama Observatory. Wrap up the day with dinner at Tenmokan Shopping Arcade.

Kagoshima
After breakfast, take a public bus to Chiran to see the Kamikaze Bomber Museum and Samurai Houses, getting a feel for traditional atmosphere. Then head to Ibusuki for a natural steamed sandbath that'll leave you refreshed. You'll return to your hotel by JR.

Kagoshima to Kumamoto
After breakfast, walk to Kagoshima Chou Station and take the bullet train to Kumamoto, just a short 4-minute walk from the station to your hotel. Leave your luggage there, then join a city tram tour visiting Kumamoto Castle, Josaien, and Suizenji Garden. End with dinner featuring local cuisine at Shimodori area.

Kumamoto to Hakata/Departure
