The hotels and trips were amazing, the vehicles and drivers were great, and Dat Huynh kept in touch with us the whole time. Plus, it's the second time we visited Thailand. but it was way cheaper than if we'd done it all ourselves. - CCCathy· February 28th, 2023The tours are basically custom-made to match your requirements so you get what you want and at whatever quality you are willing to pay for. They then match your needs to those of other clients and if a match is made a group is formed. If no match is made you tour by yourself with a guide and driver. We were matched with a young Austrian couple who spoke excellent English. They were great fun and added to the enjoyment of the trip. If the choices are yours, the main areas for critical assessment are the selection of guides and drivers, how your accommodation stacks up against its star rating, the efficiency and promptness of tour arrangements and your satisfaction level with any sub-tours organised via other tourist companies. In general, all of these assessments had an EXCELLENT rating. We had an excellent English-speaking guide (Gift) and driver (Sunshine) for our 3 day Bangkok/Kanchanaburi tour. The day tour to the Bridge on the River Kwai and Hellfire Gorge as part of our Chang Mai segment were well organised, with another excellent guide and driver. All pickups were on time, in comfortable vans, most looking a bit like night clubs on wheels. We had no complaints about any of our accommodation, even in the more remote rural areas. When lunches were included, the food was always tasty and adequate. So in summary an extremely enjoyable and well organised tour, where everything conformed with the tour schedule. - Misha· December 16th, 2022We had an amazing time during our tour! I highly recommend going through this agency. Our first tour guide Giftsy and the driver Mr. Sunshine were amazing! My husband and I are not the best at taking photos of ourselves, but Giftsy was always taking photos of us. Both Giftsy and Mr. Sunshine went out of their way to take us to some night markets. The destinations we were able to go see were so beautiful and full of history! The temples and waterfalls were breathtaking. While in Chiang Mai, we met up with Ae, our tour guide, for that city. She was so much fun! Her attitude was infectious and it made the tour even better than expected. The city was gorgeous and full of history. We chose to do the elephant tour which was extremely fun and everything was arranged by the tour group so all we had to do was show up. After Chiang Mai we flew down to Krabi and did the Phi Phi island tour which was so much and absolutely breath taking. It included snorkeling, shopping, and swimming. It was really nice to end the trip with two days to relax in Krabi. I recommend renting a scooter and going to the hot springs or Emerald Falls. Just going around the area is beautiful enough though.
