Can flights be upgraded to Premium Economy? Can I extend the return date to the end of January?

The tour is sold as a package, so we are not able to upgrade any services offered. This booking does not include any internal flights. International airfare to and from the start and end of the tour will need to be booked independently. We can book pre and post tour accommodation at the same hotel the tour starts and ends at. If you are looking to extend a trip beyond a few days then you will need to book the extra accommodation independently.

Where is the meeting point for this tour? Also how many people will I be required to share with? Is it mixed accomodation? Or is there female only accomodation available?

The meeting point for this tour would be at the Swastika Bungalow on day 1, in Sanur. Usually, the welcome meeting is between 5 - 7 pm. The accommodation for this tour is Bungalow (1 nt), Homestay 1 nt), Hotels (5 nts). Which is on a twin-share basis. You will be assigned another solo female traveller as a roommate for the trip, unless you opt to book the "my own room" option at an additional cost.

Are there any activities that the company does not recommend?

Company policy advises against activities involving animal cruelty, including any attractions where elephants are trained to perform tricks.

How are payments for the tour handled?

Payments are processed on the Tour Radar website at the due date post-booking confirmation.

What are the visa requirements for the tour?

Visas and entry requirements are the responsibility of the traveler, and they must ensure all documents are prepared.

Is there an option to upgrade the hotels?

Our tours are sold as a package and therefore we can not upgrade any services like hotels. We use a standard level of accommodation for this tour. If you would like an upgraded service level please check out some of our other tour styles or tours that offer an 'upgraded' service level.

Fidel was a great CEO. He was quick to respond to any needs and communicated each days plans. Fidel was kind, funny, knowledgeable and did a good job keeping us together and on time. His English is very good. You can tell he has a passion for his job. Twice when I was finished with dinner, he walked me back to the hotel. The air conditioned bus was nice. We saw a lot of Bali and learned a lot. I was a solo traveler and the other travelers in our group were all great. The 2 areas of improvement would be more detailed info in advance on optional activities. Otherwise I would suggest people book activities for the free time somewhere like Viator or Get your Guide. I also prefer to stay at hotels with better reviews.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 45 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
