This tour is designed as Tamilnadu Temple Tour (A Budget Friendly Tour), and the accommodations included are standard budget-category hotels, exactly as presented in the tour description. The complete hotel list was also shared with you in advance so that any preferred changes or upgrades could have been arranged before the tour began. Even so, to ensure your comfort, several of your hotels were already upgraded to 3-star options wherever possible. For instance: • Chennai – La Woods Hotel (upgraded from Pratap Palace / Sameera Lotus category) • Trichy – Hotel Rockfort View (upgraded from Sumangali Residency / Grand Gardenia category) • Rameswaram – Hotel Arjunā (upgraded from Vel Residency) • Kanyakumari – Also upgraded from the originally proposed budget category All the hotels provided fall within the correct category for this tour, and in many cases, above the budget category included in the package. Any further upgrades—such as moving to 4-star or 5-star “superior” or “prestige” hotels—would require an additional cost, as those categories go beyond what is included in the package price. Regarding the guides and English proficiency, I understand that accents vary widely across regions, especially in a country as diverse as India. All guides assigned to your tour are experienced, government-licensed professionals, and we have not previously received concerns about language comprehension. However, your feedback is valuable, and we will be reviewing it closely to improve future guest experiences.
