    I know if have to arrange visa fto both Cambodia and Vietnam and Thailand as an Australian passport holder. Anything else? I presume it doesn't take long to get them for August trip.

  I'm reaching out regarding the visas that I need to book for Cambodia and Vietnam. One of the questions I must answer is the intended border gate of entry, but I don't know which one to choose: Techo International Airport, Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, Bavet (Svay Rieng), Tropaeng Kreal Border Post (Stung Treng) and Sihanoukville International Airport (Not cruising Ships). Could you help me figure out which ones I must select for Vietnam and Cambodia, please?

  I would like to know which visas I need to get for the trip and where I can get them, please. I tried getting the Cambodia visa, but it asked me for the Port of Entry, and since we are not taking the plane, I was wondering what I should do.   Would you have recommendations about the best itinerary for the flights from Sydney? is a multi-city best or should we look at return Saigon or Bangkok and look at a one way Bangkok Saigon to go back to the starting point? What do other people usually do?

    Other travellers have different preferences based on layover and flight time, as well as pricing. If you are looking for less flight time however can spend a bit more than a return flight is good. From Sydney there would be a few multi city routes which can be good.

    Your flight can arrive at any time on day 1 and depart at any time on the last day. Your welcome meeting will be between 5 and 7 pm on day 1. The closest airport to the start hostel is Ho Chi Minh City (SGN), and the closest airport to the end hostel is Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).

    what happens in case the departure flight is delayed or canceled and I have already booked the tour?

    If you have booked the tour and your flight is delayed, you would need to make your way to the location where the group would be once you do arrive. To account for any delays it could be a good idea to arrive the day before the tour begins so that you will definitely make the welcome meeting in time, even if you have a flight delay.

  I'm really interested in joining this tour in Jan. However, I noticed that you have an age range up to 35 years! I'm a solo traveler age 43, but feel like 33 :) Traveled solo many times independently and in tours. Am I still able to book?

    Unfortunately we are very strict on our age restrictions for our tours so would not be able to accommodate you on this tour if you are outside the ages of 18 - 35. Alternatively we do offer a lot of other tour options for over 35 year olds. The closest itinerary would be our Cambodia Experience which is within our Classic tour range and open to all travellers aged 12+

    You will need an e-visa for Vietnam and this needs to be done in advance. You can easily obtain your visa at the Cambodian border or Siem Reap Airport for approx. $30 USD. Please have at least 2 passport photos with you as well.

    The Vietnam E visa fee is: 25.00 USD (Single entry visa: 25 USD/e-visa). If the visa is denied, you will not get a refund from us! In that case, it's best to have cancellation insurance that would cover cancellation for visa denial.

    We do get asked this a lot and unfortunately, we have to be really strict about it. If we were more lenient on this, we would be false advertising and may lead to customer dissatisfaction and miss-selling of our product.

    International flights are NOT included, you will need to book your flights from your home city to the starting point which is Ho Chi Minh city, and from the ending point which is Bangkok back to your home city. Airport transportation is not included, but it's offered for extra charge! As long as you arrive and depart on starting date and ending date, we can book airport transportation.

    We do not have any information on sales dates! We get different random sales on different departures each month. Right now we have a sale on many different departures for this trip. You can keep an eye on the website and watch for a sale if you wish. Please keep in mind that sometimes the departure sells out before we have any sale on it.
