In November there is usually not enough snow for outdoor activities yet, especially husky riding. December-February will be a better timing. Instead, in November the visit to Helsinki-Tallinn-Porvoo would be a good idea.

Yes, it is possible to add those three activities to this tour. For Rauna zoo it will take about 1 day, can you let us know how long you are going to stay in Rovaniemi? So we can check how to add those activities. Regarding the hotel, we recommend you book by yourself since it is more cost efficient and more flexible to cancel it if needed.

We want to stay in an igloo style cabin, not ice igloo, but one with a glass roof - is this possible on your tour?

The cabin we have is like what shown in the picture. It is a cabin with glass roof, not the whole-glass igloo or the snow igloo. And I check the availability, there is no room on 30th December 2022 and 5th January 2023 during the Christmas season, other days there are still cabins availability at the moment.

When is the best time of month of the year to see the northern lights?

In Lapland you have the chance to see Northern Light for over 200 days in a year! And the most promising season is Winter - early Spring, so the late December could be a good timing (and it also depends on the solar activities, weather condition etc.).

  we are planning to reach Rovaniemi on 22 March so is it available for joining icebreaking vessel on 23march? and how much does it charge for your proposed 3 days trip? and how much for just joining icebreaking vessel? as we are planning to drive by ourselves, so we will visit Santa village by our own and may be 1-2days trip would be fine for us lets say 1 day icebreaking with night hunting + 1day husky sledding/reindeer sledding/ skiing/ with night hunting any proposal?

  It Is possible to join the ice breaker on 23th March. We can have it as your suggested: 23th: Icebreaking with bus pickup and drop off in day time (it will be end at you hotel around 19.45 PM - 20.30 PM), the northern light is normally starts 19:00, so might be need to skip the norther light on the day, unless you wish to have a private one. 24th: Day time Husky Safari (2km) and reindeer(1km) (6 hours ) + evening night hunting 3hours. The price will be 3890e

  Based on other similar tours, we would stay in Rovaniemi for 4 nights / 5 days to allow time to enjoy all excursions. We may also have a third person join us for this trip. Can you support by sharing a quote for 2 people with the additional excursions and accommodation as well as one for 3 people.
