Is this tour refundabable in case our visa is denied?

Unfortunately, the tour is non-refundable in the event of a visa denial, as per our booking terms and conditions. Visa approval is the responsibility of the traveller, and we are unable to offer refunds or credits if a visa is refused. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers visa-related issues where available, as any eligible costs may be claimed directly through the insurance provider.

We are 5 adults. The 31 year old has a foot injury that prevents her from walking more than an hour. Is there any way to allow her to sit on the bus, or stay in the hotel, or walk for a shorter time than the rest of the group? Alternatively, could we book a private tour with a smaller van that could more easily accommodate us? Also, 2 of us are vegan. Can we find food? What would be the cost if we could have a private tour?

1️⃣ Private Tour Option: Unfortunately, we do not operate private tours, a group of 5 would still need to cover the full cost of at least 12 passengers. For this reason, we can only offer our regular scheduled departures. 2️⃣ Passenger With Foot Injury: Please note that this itinerary includes daily walking tours, uneven surfaces, stairs, old towns, and extended periods on foot. If the passenger is unable to walk for more than one hour, she may find the tour challenging. She is welcome to Stay at the hotel and skip activities. Some attractions do not allow the bus to stay parked, Some towns require walking only, The guide must continue with the group, and cannot remain with passengers who do not join the tour. Because of this, her participation in several included visits may be limited. 3️⃣ Vegan Meals: Yes — vegan options are generally available throughout Romania and Bulgaria. Please also inform the tour leader at the start so they can help with recommendations.

Can I confirm that if I book this tour I can get a private room?

Private rooms are not available for this tour when booking through TourRadar. All accommodations are based on shared occupancy.

Do you have availability for a single supplement room?

Unfortunately, the single supplement room for the Treasures of Transylvania tour is not available at the moment. You're still very welcome to join the tour in a shared twin room with a fellow solo traveler of the same gender, if that suits you.

can we get junior sweet in hotels as we looking for stay together or if our daughter stay with another traveler girl with same age

We can make an exception in this case to accept the 15 year old passenger. You're welcome to stay together in a triple.

No, you are not required to pay for entrance fees to sites you choose not to visit. If you decide not to enter the Turda Salt Mine, for example, you will not need to pay the 10 Euros and will only participate in the sightseeing portion of the stop.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
