- Day 1
Hanoi
Your private driver meets you at Hanoi airport and takes you straight to your hotel in the Old Quarter area. From there, you can either wander around at your own pace or take some time to settle in after traveling.

Ba Vi
After breakfast at the hotel, you head out to Ba Vi countryside with an English-speaking guide. You'll meet a Vietnam War veteran who owns a tea farm, learn to pick and process tea leaves, then move to Moc village for a Vietnamese cooking class with a local host. Lunch is the food you prepared, followed by visits to local families and cycling through paddy fields. The day ends with a traditional herb foot soak before returning to Hanoi.

Hanoi to Ha Long Bay
You check out and travel to Ha Long Bay across the Red River Delta with its emerald rice paddies. After boarding your shared cruise, you'll see limestone rocks and karst grottoes. Seafood lunch happens on board, then you relax on the sundeck or take a kayak to explore the grottoes up close. Early dinner follows, with optional activities in the evening.

Ha Long Bay to Hanoi
Get up early to catch the sunrise and have breakfast in the dining room. You'll take a Tai Chi class on the sun deck, then visit a limestone cave with stalagmites and stalactites. Brunch happens on board while you sail back to harbor, after which your transfer takes you back to Hanoi.

Hanoi to Hue
Your driver picks you up for the transfer to Hanoi airport and your included domestic flight to Hue. Upon arrival, another driver picks you up and takes you to your accommodation. The rest of the day is yours to relax.

- Day 6
Hue
Meet your guide at 08:30 and cycle 3 miles to meet a third-generation kite maker. You'll tour his house to learn about Hue's kite-flying heritage from the Nguyen Dynasty, check out his traditional workshop, and paint your own kite as a souvenir. Vietnamese coffee at a local café comes next, then you cycle back.

Meet your guide at 08:00 and ride in an iconic cyclo vehicle through Hue's Old City. You'll cross the Huong River via Truong Tien bridge and visit the Imperial Citadel where Vietnam's last feudal dynasty ruled from 1802 to 1945. The Royal Antiquities Museum shows bronze, pottery, and imperial artifacts. The tour finishes at Dong Ba Market where you can browse stalls and interact with locals.
