The way the activities were scheduled for our stay in Monteverde, the prospect for getting anything outdoorsy accomplished in the afternoon was not good, given the typical weather pattern. This according to one of the desk personnel working at the lodge where we were staying, who happened to have previously worked as a travel agent. She was instrumental in getting a better itinerary hammered out with the company responsible. The lodging in Tamarindo was great even if the walk into town required navigating a highly traveled dirt road. Thank goodness for turismo vans.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
