- Day 1
Teruel
Start in Teruel, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its Mudéjar architecture. You'll walk through the city and see the Escalinata Neomudéjar and Torre del Salvador, both great examples of the local building style. The region's known for truffles, so plan to try some in local dishes this evening. After you've checked out the main sights, head back to your hotel for the night.

Teruel to Estación Mora
This is a 47 km bike ride from Teruel heading toward Estación Mora. You'll ride through pine forests and vegetation, then tackle Puerto de Escandón, which passes through an old mining railway station area. From there, cross Sierra Javalambre and come down past La Fondica de la Estación where you can take a break. The route continues over stone bridges, viaducts, and through tunnels across kerme oak landscape, this region produces the world's largest amount of black truffles. By evening you'll reach Estación Mora where you can experience truffle tourism and stargaze under some of Spain's clearest skies.

Estación Mora to Segorbe
A 67 km bike ride takes you to Segorbe, a town with a protected historic center and the main city of Alto Palancia. You'll pass through forests of quejigos and kerme oaks, then ride through small villages like Navajas where El Salto de La Novia waterfall is located. Stop at the Ragudo outlook for views of Natural Parks Sierra Calderona and Sierra Espadán. Once you reach Segorbe, you'll have the afternoon free to wander the old town and see what interests you.

- Day 4
Segorbe to Torres Torres
The final day is a shorter 25 km ride through inland villages surrounded by citrus groves and Natural Park Sierra Calderona to reach Torres Torres. Here you can have wood-fired paella cooked the traditional way before you wrap up your cycling trip through the Spanish countryside.
