I have just experienced my worst travel experience ever. I was at the arrival hall at 3 p.m., but the shuttle did not come at all. After the tour ended, I complained about it, and they replied that the shuttle was scheduled for pick-up at 3 PM. I know that the shuttle departed at 3 p.m., but where was the shuttle? I was later told by one of the representatives that the shuttle was not arranged as I did not send my flight details. But in fact, one of the representative has confirmed to me on WhatsApp that they have received my details and they have contacted the local operator. In addition, the tour guide often changed the iternary without our consent. We did not do the city tour on the last day, the Anuradhapura tour, and the bicycle tour. Although they promised me that if there are any services that were not used, they would be happy to review and process a refund for those. However, they just ignored my email after I made a complaint. Also, the hotel ratings provided by Traveltalk are not correct. They often list 4 stars hotels as 5 stars hotels and 3 star hotels as 4 stars hotel. I broke my hand and my back as a result of the guide's reckless actions, but again, no apologies have ever been made by Traveltalk.Show more

This was by far the worst experience my wife and I had with an organized tour. Travel Talk hired an unlicensed guide/tour leader, which was a violation of Sri Lankan law and a breach of their contractual commitment to us. The guide had no knowledge of the country or even the tour itinerary. He consistently misled us, deceived us, and ultimately abandoned us halfway during our excursion. Moreover, we were burdened with unexpected expenses like paying for guides (which was supposed to be included in the tour package), we experienced a downgrade in one of our accommodations, and had our itinerary altered, resulting in the omission of several planned destinations and attractions. Travel Talk refused to acknowledge its responsibility and offered a symbolic sum of $250 for the "disappointment and inconvenience" we suffered.Show more

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
