Yes, we can arrange the pickup at 1:30 AM from Arenal to San José Airport for your 7:30 AM flight. Please note that this early morning transfer can be organized with an additional cost due to the private service. The additional cost will be $130 USD

What time are the free shuttle services available 1) from San Jose Airport to the tour site and 2) from the tour site to the San Jose Airport? And if a private shuttle is needed to meet a different flight schedule, What is the cost for one and for two way?

For the complimentary shuttle service, arriving flights should land no later than 12:00 p.m., and departing flights should be around 4:00 p.m. to fit the regular schedule. If your flight times are outside these hours, a private transfer will be required at an additional cost of $145 per way.

  If I found my own way from Tamarindo to the hotel in the Arenal area, would it be possible to meet up with the group at the hotel? How much would it cost if I didn't need the first transfer from San Jose to Arenal but did need a private transfer in the evening of day 2 from Arenal to San Jose airport?

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
