Can this tour be made 5 days. Athens one day and rest all okay

Our program is as followed day 1 arrival day 2 athens city tour day 3 free day day 4-7 4 day classica tour day 8 departure. They want to do from day 3 to day 7. We do not have a problem to do so. Day 3 is not a problem what time they will arrive in Athens. It is a free day so we can arrange the transfer. But on day 7 we need to know their flight details. As explained in my previous message the group will return back to Athens at about 1900-1930. So if they have a flight any time before 2300 it is impossible to do this program.

How many hours do you have to visit Meteora Monasteries? Which monasteries do you visit or do passengers get to pick which they wish to visit?

The visit to the monasteries usually takes about 4 hours. Usually we visit Grand Meteoron and Varlaam.

Unfortunately no.. This is a tour that visits most of the important cultural sites of Attica, Central Greece and the Peloponnese

I booked this tour in May/June 2026 and there were aspects I liked and things I didn't like. Firstly, the way the tour was promoted on TourRadar is a little misleading - it is not a tour for 2 to 8 people (it is a bus tour for 30 or more people with groups constantly joining and leaving the bus), it is not run by Mazi Travel (it is run by Greek Organised Tours or G.O.Tours; Also available on Viator, Wing Buddy and other sites) and I stayed at none of the originally advertised hotels (glad to see these have now been removed from the description). So be aware of this when booking this tour. What did I like? The 4-day tour to Olympia, Delphi and Meteora was very good - some long drives but the Bus, Driver and Guide (George) were all great. I have seen some bad comments about George but he is actually a great guide - he just doesn't put up with any nonsense from guests! The included airport transfers were very good and the hotels at Olympia and Meteora were very nice. What really let the tour down was the poor accommodation in Athens and Delphi (5 of the 7 nights). The Delphi hotel (Apollonia) was family run with a nice view, but the local 4 Star rating is really 3 Stars at best - the rooms are old, the restaurant is just a dining room, and the tea/coffee facilities consist of just a kettle (nothing else). The Athens hotel (Candia) was also meant to be 4 Star but was hardly better than a hostel and located in the part of Athens that all the travel sites tell you to avoid. It does have a nice roof deck with a plunge pool but that cannot make up for the other negatives. I would recommend only doing the shorter tour out of Athens which is offered by all the same companies.Show more
