      TravelerWritten November 2023

Introduction says tour of Gyantse, Shigatse, Rongbuk and Zhangme, and finally the Everest Base Camp, and then fly to Paro. But the itinerary does not mention those. What is right?

    • Alpine Club of HimalayaOperatorWritten November 2023

Yes, you can get Donkey/Horse to go to tiger's next but its sort hike that you can hike up easily. I have been there few times and its beautiful place.

    • Alpine Club of HimalayaOperatorWritten November 2023

October/November are good place to explore both Lhasa and Bhutan. Unfortunately flight to/from lhasa is not resumed yet. If you wanna do the Tibet tours then need to take overland trip (Drive to Lhasa and comeback to ktm by drive)

    • Alpine Club of HimalayaOperatorWritten November 2023

First of all you are not able to do the Lhasa tours as you are not able to fly to/from Lhasa at this moment. So if you wanna cover the Gyatse, Shigatse, Rongbuk and EBC then you need to follow this Itinerary (we need to do the overland tour to cover these places)

    • Alpine Club of HimalayaOperatorWritten July 2023

Tibet has resumed tourism. You can do an overland tour by driving to Tibet and returning to Kathmandu. You need 8 days for Tibet. Bhutan and Tibet travel is possible.
