  This trip was our first experience using tour radar, and I am happy to report that we were extremely happy with the experience and we will very likely use TourRadar again. We booked our trip about seven months in advance, and I was very impressed that our tour radar representative Mr Long reached out to us immediately and was incredibly helpful and responsive both before and during our trip. We learned so much in such a short period of time and it gave us a good overview of countries that we have never visited before. we enjoyed in particular the elephant sanctuary trip in Chiang Mai and our tour guide Georges in Bangkok was an absolute delight.. we look forward to using tour radar again.Show more

  This was our first time using a tour operator for a trip and we have been very happy with our experience. Our organizer, Long, reached out to us from the very beginning and gave us great advice along the way to ensure that our trip was stress and worry free. He sent us his contact info from the beginning so that we could reach out to him at any time with questions which was greatly appreciated.. Our accommodations were lovely and the daytrips were beautifully curated. Highly recommend!Show more

In fact, he promptly assisted in getting my Iphone returned quickly after I left it in the van we were riding in. That was even after office hours.   I just got back from my trip to Vietnam and would like to thank Realistic Asia for organizing this tour. The guides were fantastic and very knowledgeable, even when I was asking so many questions about art. As an interior designer, I find this trip very interesting and inspiring, and I will use this experience in my future projects for sure. I also would like to say a big thank you to Lucy, who helped me to organize the shipping of some goods I bought during the trip. You are just amazing!Show more

  No representative greeted me at beginning of tour and didn’t respond to may calls and messages the day before tour for an entire day. Realistic Asia agent didn’t have a working phone she said. The hotels were luxury but the domestic flights were coach and back of the plane seats. Went from priority to low economy. Agent said she was not able to select my seats until checkin…which is wrong as I choose my own seats every time I fly. My agent was clearly inexperienced and was defensive when we finally met. She chose activity for me on day the museum was closed. Other than that the guides were wonderful and I enjoyed the variety of experiences very much.Show more

We aim to provide the best services to all our clients, and as you can see from the other reviews on our company, some negative points from your experience are truly an exception. We are glad that you enjoyed the experiences and accommodations we selected for you, and that our guides were supportive and provided a good service. And we regret that not everything went perfectly during this trip. We believe there was some misunderstanding between us about meeting you on the first day, as you arrived the day earlier. We contacted you to confirm the pick-up arrangement and got the answer that there will be no need for this service. We do have our tour guide pick you up on your first day tour, and our agent(Ashley) has come to greet you in person in the evening. We also would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the seat selection situation. We help clients to select the seats upon their request, and it seems there was a misunderstanding on when to select them. But, after all, our team had supported you with it. We have noted this issue and will work on avoiding it in the future. We also understand it is frustrating when you cannot contact your travel agent due to technical problems with her phone. She tried her best in terms of communication with you. She had sent the travel notes before your arrival and had answered the messages you sent immediately after seeing them. We do promise a 24/7 hotline support guarantee, and for the emergency cases when the agent cannot be reached, we have 2 additional phone numbers noted in the voucher. We have already noted to Ashley to remember to remind the clients, that there are alternative contact details. We also would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the closed museum. We keep the daily departures for this tour, and one of the museums could be closed on the day it is planned to visit, but because the tour is private, we can easily arrange to visit it on another day, as we have done in your case. But thank you for pointing this issue out, it will help us to improve, and we will note in the itinerary the open days for the museum and mention the alternative arrangements for the museum visit on another day if it will be closed. We would like to thank you again for choosing to travel with us and giving your feedback, it will help us to grow and improve.
