    Ho Chi Minh City

    You'll be picked up at Tan Son Nhat Airport and driven to your hotel. After checking in, the afternoon and evening are open for you to wander around Saigon on your own. This is Vietnam's largest city and economic hub, where you'll find old temples and pagodas sitting alongside modern buildings and busy streets.

  2. Day 2

    Mekong Delta

    Hotel pickup happens early at 07:30-07:45 AM for a full day exploring the Mekong Delta. You'll drive through rice fields to Trung Luong, then visit Vinh Trang pagoda before boarding a boat on the Tien River. The cruise takes you to four islands named Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. Later you'll see how villagers live, walk through an orchard, and try tropical fruit with honey tea while listening to local music. A hand-rowed sampan ride through coconut tree canals comes next, followed by a visit to a coconut candy mill. Lunch is at a local restaurant, and you're back at your hotel by 17:00-17:30 PM.

    Ho Chi Minh City & Cu Chi Tunnels

    Hotel pickup at 07:30-08:00 AM starts your day trip. You'll see Independence Palace and then walk through French Colonial buildings like Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office. After checking out the War Remnants Museum, you grab lunch before driving about 1.5 hours to Cu Chi Tunnels. There you'll get an introduction and video, then explore the tunnel network including living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers. Your guide explains the hidden trap doors and security traps used during wartime. You'll try special tea and cassava (the food soldiers ate), and gun shooting is available if you're interested. The drive back to Saigon has you at your hotel by 19:00 PM.

    Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang to Hoi An

    After breakfast at your hotel, you have free time before heading to the airport. Your driver takes you to catch your flight to Da Nang. Once you land, another driver transfers you to your hotel in Hoi An. Check-in starts at 14:00 PM.

  5. Day 5

    Hoi An Cooking Class & My Son Sanctuary

    The morning starts with a quick market visit (about 30 minutes) where you'll walk around with a chef, see local ingredients, and talk to vendors selling fresh produce. Then it's a 30-minute drive through the Vietnamese countryside with coconut trees all around to reach Cam Thanh village. At a local restaurant, you'll get a welcome drink before joining a cooking class where you learn to prepare regional dishes and eat what you've made. In the afternoon, you head to My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site, for 2 hours of exploring with a local guide who'll explain things as you go. You'll also see traditional Champa performances. Later, a boat ride on the Thu Bon River gives you sunset views and a chance to watch local activities. You're back at your hotel by 18:00 PM.

    Hoi An to Da Nang to Ba Na Hills

    Breakfast happens at your hotel, and you check out at 07:00 AM. Your driver picks you up and heads toward Da Nang to join the Ba Na tour. You arrive at the cable car station by 09:00 AM and take the record-holding cable car up the mountain. At the top, you'll see the Golden Bridge with its famous giant stone hands holding it up. You'll walk through Le Jardin, explore the wine cellar, and visit Linh Ung pagoda with its large Buddha statue. Loc Uyen Garden and Quan Am Cac are also on the list. Fantasy Park lets you try rides like the Love Swing and Bumper Car. Lunch is a buffet at 11:30 AM. In the afternoon, you rest a bit before climbing to Chua mountain peak at 1,487 meters to reach Ba Chua Thuong Ngan Temple, which has views of Da Nang City and the bay. By 14:30 PM you're back at the cable car, then heading down to Da Nang by 15:00 PM for some shopping before your hotel drop-off.

    Da Nang to Hanoi & Street Food Tour

    You have breakfast at your hotel and free time until your flight to Hanoi. Your driver takes you to the airport. After landing in Hanoi, another driver brings you to your hotel for check-in from 14:00 PM. That evening at 17:30-17:45 PM, you meet your guide for a street food tour through the Old Quarter. You'll walk down alleys and stop at restaurants to try things like Bun Cha (grilled pork with noodles), Pho in both beef and chicken versions, Banh Cuon (steamed rice paper rolls), fried spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, Vietnamese sandwiches, and egg coffee. Iced tea and fresh beer are part of the experience too. The tour ends near Hoan Kiem Lake, and your guide points you back toward your hotel.

    Hanoi to Ha Giang to Quan Ba Mountain

    An early 06:00-06:30 AM pickup from your Hanoi hotel begins the journey to Ha Giang by van. Along the way you'll stop for photos of the landscape. Lunch is at a local restaurant between 12:45-13:15 PM. At 14:00, you leave Ha Giang City heading toward Quan Ba Mountain town with more photo stops showing rice fields, mountains, and valleys. Around 15:30 you reach Heaven Gate for fresh air and views over Tam Son Town. After trekking down to a quiet village, local Tay families welcome you. Rest and freshen up at 16:00, then trek around the village to see rammed earth houses of the Black Dao people surrounded by terraced paddy fields. Dinner at 19:00 happens at one of the local homestays.

    Breakfast at 06:30-07:00 AM lets you enjoy the fresh mountain air before checking out from the homestay. Your journey continues to Meo Vac with lunch at 12:00 PM. At 13:00, you head toward Dong Van to tackle Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of Vietnam's most beautiful rocky mountains with a truly unique landscape. You'll stand on steep cliffs and look down at the Nho Que River, a green river that flows from China through Vietnam for about 46 kilometers. At 15:30 you trek to a small village where Hmong people live, surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery and views of the winding Happy Road below. After breakfast at 08:30 AM, you explore Dong Van rocky highland Geopark, a place that combines unusual geology and cultural heritage with rock formations, historical records, fossil sites, and the way 17 different ethnic groups live. The Hmong King's Palace visit teaches you about the war and the lives of ethnic people in the area. Lunch at a local restaurant by a calm stream happens at 12:30-13:00 PM. Then you head back to Ha Giang. The drive to Hanoi starts at 16:00 and you arrive back at 22:30 PM.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before February 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Asia Focus Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
