Some hotels had food available but most...Show moreTraveled in March 2022Reply from: Holiday Lanka ToursDear Mr. David Reid, Thank you for taking the time to write words on this page, Sri Lanka is a small island therefore the all hotels are not built in the city center, and every travel agencies have to select the hotel from out of the cities, did you remember we took you to get you dinner and lunch from the outside restaurants (free of charge) when the foods were not available at the hotel? As a professional tour company, we are a sign our terms and conditions from the travelers who visit Sri Lanka with Holiday Lanka Tours, did you remember that I have sent you a copy of our terms and conditions before your arrival and informed you that you must sign this when you meet the driver on arrival? we have not changed anything in the paper. I am surprised by your complaint regarding 4 times more for day trips than the internet before departure, can you please tell me when we did this? you have booked with us for your transport and hotel with breakfast, without activities because the activities are not included with the package, everyone can see this in the package list, however, we are providing activities as an additional service in our website, so the travelers can book this as an additional service if they are not happy they ignore this, that is the thing that I asked from you before your arrival, but unfortunately, you got this wrong. We have provided similar packages for thousands of guests and they were so happy because they were really in touch with us and understood our inclusions and exclusions along with our terms and conditions. It is sad to hear that you have not enjoyed the facilities in this developing country where lots of our guests loved. THIS IS A KIND NOTE TO ALL GUESTS WHO WATS TO USE OUR SERVICES.
