The SDF charges is not included in the tour price its additional charges which is USD 100 Per Person Per Day and the Visa is USD 40 /- The Bhutan visa and SDF we can apply in behalf of you. Yes you can join the Festival in Thimphu in September. If you would like to add another tour which is Sikkim highlights, and this tour is almost same. In this tour you are entering Bhutan by road.

  The trip l was asking about was the 12 day Northeast India and Bhutan tour starting in Bagdogra to Paro. I guess the 6 days we are in Bhutan, it would be a extra US $100 per day fee. My main question in my last message was that we wish to join a group in May, so which dates have you got bookings for other people we can join as we do not wish to travel on our own.
