    How much would total cost be for 2 people upgrading to 4 star hotels for October 10th. Also how close to the date can a tour be booked. We may not be able to book until a few days prior to October 10th.

      Based on your initial request for 2 people (a double room), starting on Oct 10th 2026, the price with 4-star hotels will be: USD 1,367 (Upfront Payment) + USD 350 (Local Payment) = USD 1,717/person. This price is valid at this time only. If you book the trip later, the price can be changed and will be based on the price at the time you want to book the trip. The Local Payment covers domestic airfare during the trip (except for international flights for arrival and departure of this trip), the English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience. You can pay Local Payment anytime till your arrival day by cash (new USD bills), OR credit card payment link (with transfer fee about 3,4%, depend on the type of card). We just separate the price into Upfront Payment and Local payment to help our clients be more flexible to plan their payment for the trip. If your travel date is on Oct 10th, it's very close now, especially October is the peak season of tourism. It's very very hard to arrange services if you only book few days before oct 10th honestly. I advise you to consider and arrange to make the booking as soon as possible now, then I can check and start arranging services for you soon. Otherwise, services can be easily full-booked.

      Please note that our original tour is based on English-speaking guide, can they speak English? If you want to have a Spanish-speaking guide, you have to make some tours as completely private tour and pay a surcharge for Spanish-speaking guide.

      I have sold tours with Tour Radar and the ones I choose is because in the tour, a Spanish guide is available upon request. This is the first time I hear about a surcharge for a Spanish guide. I work in Mexico and most of my clients request their tours in Spanish. Usually we have bilingual guides in English and Spanish. If this is going to be a completely private tour, sounds expensive.

French/German/Spanish/Dutch speaking guides are available upon request. The surcharge will be applied. And some group tours are only available with English-speaking guide, so we have to make it as private tour with a Spanish-speaking guide.
