Can we arrange two single rooms for the Amazing Thailand in 9 Days tour?

This tour is based on English-speaking guides. In Bangkok, you will take private tour with English Speaking Tour Guide and private transportation. In Chiang Mai, you will join small group tour (around 9-12 pax) on day 4 and on day 5. In Phuket, we will arrange the private airport transfer from/to hotel. We will arrange the private airport transfer anytime according to your flight schedules. All the hotels does not confirm double/twin rooms in Thailand as their's policy. It depends on the availability of rooms on that particular day. However, we strongly request a twin room for your booking. We will create an invoice based on 3-star hotels for a Twin Room. Would you like to upgrade to 4-star hotels or have any specific requirements?

I can't work out though whether food (breakfast/lunch and/or dinner) is included? For the optional trips, do you book and pay for these in advance?

The meals included you can see in the title each day with B/L/D. For example: DAY TRIP TO CHIANG RAI - BLACK HOUSE, WHITE TEMPLE AND BLUE TEMPLE (B/L) - JOIN IN GROUP TOUR. It means breakfast at the hotel and lunch during the tour are included, dinner will be on your own. For the optional trips, yes, you should let me know and I will add and book it for you in advance.

Can we extend days from 9 to anywhere between 12-14 days?

What are the start and end times of the tour so I can coordinate flights?

The first day and the last day of this tour are your free days for arrival and departure, so you can book your inbound and outbound flights for this tour at anytime on these 2 days as long as they are convenient for you, and I will arrange airport pick-up/drop-off based on your international flights. The check-in time and check-out time of hotels are 14h and 12h pm, respectively. The pick-up time for airport transfer on the last day is 4 hours before the flight time.

I would like to know more about this tour and the price per person please

This trip will start in Bangkok (BKK) and end in Phuket (HKT). We will arrange the private airport transfer at anytime according to your flight schedules. During this Amazing Thailand In 9 Days tour, you will join a small group tour (12 - 16 pax) on Day 4 and Day 5, I mean you will join these 2 tours with other travelers but not the same group, it'll be different groups each tour. In Bangkok: you will take private tour (English Speaking Tour Guide with private transfer)

I noticed that the trip starts in Bangkok but ends in Phuket. Will I need to book my flight so that I land in Bangkok and leave from Phuket? Or will the tour cover the trip back to Bangkok and I leave from the same airport I arrived at?

Our package only included domestic flights during the tour: Domestic flight from Bangkok to Chiang Mai (included 20 kg luggage) and Domestic flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket (included 20 kg luggage). Other flights won't be included and has to be booked yourself. This tour will start in Bangkok, Thailand and end in Phuket, Thailand. Then you should book the international flights accordingly. The first day and the last day of this tour are your free days for arrival and departure, so you can book your inbound and outbound flights for this tour at anytime on these 2 days as long as they are convenient for you, and I will arrange airport pick-up/drop-off based on your international flights (Please note the check-in time and check-out time of hotels are 14h and 12h pm, respectively)

Would the group tour have a guide that speaks several languages including Spanish?

The group tour is only available with English-speaking guide. If you want a Spanish-speaking guide, we have to make it as private tours, it will have a surcharge to do it.

I am looking into this selection but would like to request 6 days only for Puket and Chaimai from April 1st to April 6th 2026.

This trip deserves 10 (!!) stars. It was fabulous from booking to arriving safely at home. Realistic Asia was the company that organized the itinerary; booked the hotels of my choice, the 2 flights within Thailand and the many tours. Especially as a solo traveler, there's nothing nicer than being greeted by a friendly face holding up a sign with your name on it upon arriving at the airport. And having a driver to pick you up and bring you to the hotel, or on a tour and get you back to your destination. The tours for the first days in Bangkok were private which was pretty luxurious. Each tour guide was from Thailand which provided a great opportunity to hear their perspective as a local living and working there. Long, from Realistic Asia, was working out of Vietnam. He was an expert at coordinating logistics and fantastic communicating throughout the 9-day tour; however, he knew little first hand about the hotels in Thailand. I researched them myself online. I stuck with 3-star hotels since I was out and about most days. (from 7am and back around 6 or 7pm). Four Wings in Bangkok best features were the large rooftop pool and great gym, but rooms were pretty dated. De Charme in Chiang Mai was excellent. Sure the bathroom was tight with the toilet snug up against the shower, but it worked fine for me. Their pool and surrounding lounging area looked pretty small. Breakfast was over the top with many dishes to choose from including authentic Thai food. I upgraded to the 4-star Deevana Patong Resort & Spa which had a wonderful pool (that I could enjoy at this point in the tour) with swim up bar, although the gym is terrible with no AC and machines that are broken. Spa looked like reservations hadn't been made in months. It looked deserted. The tour in Chiang Rai including a hike was great, though someone who's not in shape or able to maneuver well through the sometimes dense forest, may find it challenging. There was always a warm lunch included on these (long) day tours. The vans used to get us there was comfortably with AC and great drivers. I opted to add the 2 tours: Elephant Sanctuary and Phi Phi Islands Boat Tour....both well worth it. The elephant sanctuary was a once-in a lifetime experience, up close and personal with these amazing animals and learned lots about elephants from the staff. The boat tour was great as well and the perfect way to end the Amazing Thailand in 9 Days tour. I commend Long from Realistic Asia for being a top-notch communicator, friendly and very professional. He was always concerned that I was satisfied throughout the tour until he knew I got home safely. Tips: WhatsApp is the preferred method of communication so be sure to install it on your phone. You will likely upgrade/top up the storage on the e-Sim's 1G. If you do go on the Phi Phi Islands Boat Tour in Phuket, have a "Unbreakable Waterproof Phone Case" which carries phone, cash, hotel key.Show more

Enjoyed our trip to Thailand very much…our hotels in all three areas (Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket) were all very nice and in good areas. The scheduled excursions were all great!! All transfers were timely and the people all very nice and helpful! Our last stop in Phuket had no outings/excursions planned… wish they had at least included one and then we could have filled in with others. We added many other activities on our own: dinner cruise and Tuk Tuk food tour, visit to railway station and floating market while in Bangkok. Catamaran snorkeling and sunset dinner tour in Phuket. I feel TourRadar could have offered more direction/suggestions for recommendations on must see/do activities, transportation (ex: Grab)Show more

Can we arrange two single rooms for the Amazing Thailand in 9 Days tour?

  This tour is based on English-speaking guides. In Bangkok, you will take private tour with English Speaking Tour Guide and private transportation. In Chiang Mai, you will join small group tour (around 9-12 pax) on day 4 and on day 5. In Phuket, we will arrange the private airport transfer from/to hotel. We will arrange the private airport transfer anytime according to your flight schedules. All the hotels does not confirm double/twin rooms in Thailand as their's policy. It depends on the availability of rooms on that particular day. However, we strongly request a twin room for your booking. We will create an invoice based on 3-star hotels for a Twin Room. Would you like to upgrade to 4-star hotels or have any specific requirements?

  What we're really inquiring is the few extra days we're there, we would do our own thing. In other words, we would just like for you to move our departure flight back 3-4 days but we would handle the arrangements and our daily activities those extra days. Does that make sense?

  The first day and the last day of this tour are your free days for arrival and departure, so you can book your inbound and outbound flights for this tour at anytime on these 2 days as long as they are convenient for you, and I will arrange airport pick-up/drop-off based on your international flights. The check-in time and check-out time of hotels are 14h and 12h pm, respectively. The pick-up time for airport transfer on the last day is 4 hours before the flight time.

  If 3 people, will you stay in Triple sharing room OR a Single room + Double roomn? These are 3-star hotel list: Bangkok: True Siam Rangnam or similar, Chiang Mai: De Charme Chiang Mai or similar, Phuket: Kata Sea Breeze Resort or similar. Please note: the hotel list in the website is the initial one only, we need time to book the rooms with the indicated hotels after you make the booking. In case they don't have any available slots for us (Travel Agent) to book, we need to change to an alternative, but will be the same category.

I noticed that the trip starts in Bangkok but ends in Phuket. Will I need to book my flight so that I land in Bangkok and leave from Phuket? Or will the tour cover the trip back to Bangkok and I leave from the same airport I arrived at?

The Local Payment covers airfare during the trip (except for international flights for arrival and departure of this trip), the English-speaking guide fee, and some other local fees for a wholesome experience. You can pay Local Payment anytime till your arrival day by cash (new USD bills), OR credit card payment link (with transfer fee). Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 22nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 22nd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Realistic Asia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
