The detailed itinerary mentions stops in Braga and Guimaeres, but neither is in the destinations list which accompanies the map. Please advise.

The map does not show every single stop for our tours; there will be many more stops, which would be difficult to fit onto one wee map! The itinerary is the best thing to look at for a detailed break-down of the stops for this tour. The map is more of a summary to show you the route taken around the countries, and it looks as though it is some cities have been used as markers in place of two locations that are close together. From what I can see, the tour would not visit Pinhão, but I think this has been used as a point on the map in place of the two locations that you mention (Braga and Guimarães).

    Asked on July 15th, 2022

Are we suitable for the 13-Day Spain & Portugal tour as we are both over 60? Are the hotels with private facilities, are they outside town or close to centre? What is the average kilometers spent in the bus each day?

Our tours attract people of all ages, from as young as 18 up to 80+, and are designed to be accessible to all. We've hand-picked three-star to four-star hotels in remote coastal villages, bustling towns, and mountain valleys. All rooms are en-suite with breakfast, and all hotels are located within reasonable walking distance to places you may wish to visit. Generally the maximum driving between stops is 2 hrs. You do get lots of short comfort stops or short breaks for photos, as well as longer stops for lunch or visit an attraction.
