Good experience but not a quick response from the agency. I had to call them every night to have the program for the day after. Very good guides a part from the one in Bukhara who didn’t know Italian at all. Very beautiful accommodations a part from the first day in Tashkent (very tiny room suitable for one person not for a couple) I usually don’t like to join a group and I prefer to organize the tour by myself. But in this case they were very useful. They booked for me hotels, trains, flight, guides and drivers. A very good experience.Show more

A solid 8 day trip through Uzbekistan from the wide open city spaces of Tashkent with its 60’s Soviet style architecture. To beautiful khiva a jewel in the desert. To Bukhara and Samarkand with many monuments and oozing history from the many invaders and muslin religion. My tour which ended up solo was very enlightening and all guides were very informative and attentive including the drivers. One negative for me was the communications with Zamin tours and there lack of information provided with booking’s. I feel this maybe a cultural thing as everything went well and all drivers and guides turned up on time. But I had to constantly ask for this and it really should be part of the service paid for. So my rating of 4 stars is tour guides ect 5 stars. Tour company communication 3 stars.Show more

Communication was really very poor - times, places, names, followup during tour - not one time "how are things going. However, Zamar travel provided great guides AND Tour Radar's communication with their tour operators was bad and the only way to talk directly to the operator is through Tour Radar. This communication problem is big. I doubt Tour Radar will post this on their site, I will post on social media myself.Show more
