  I had an amazing experience on my Delhi–Amritsar–Dharamsala tour! Everything was perfectly organized, from the smooth train journey to Amritsar to the scenic drive through the Himalayas. In Amritsar, our guide Gurinder was exceptional — his deep knowledge and warm hospitality made the visit to the Golden Temple, Wagah Border, and Jallianwala Bagh unforgettable. In Dharamsala, Amit Jaiswal guided us through the serene monasteries and peaceful landscapes with great insight and enthusiasm. His storytelling and local expertise brought the Tibetan culture of McLeodganj, Tsuglagkhang Monastery, and Dal Lake to life. The entire trip was a perfect mix of spirituality, culture, and nature.   Day 1 – Delhi Hotel to Railway Station: The cab arrived on time, and Ruchi was very kind and welcoming. One suggestion for improvement: instead of Red Bull, offering refreshments like Coke, cold coffee, or other soft drinks would be a more suitable option. Day 1 & 2 – Amritsar: Our Amritsar tour guide, Rishi, was punctual and greeted us at the platform with a placard. He is an outstanding guide—explaining everything clearly and in detail. Without a doubt, he is the best guide I’ve ever had—10 out of 10! Our driver, Gurvinder Singh, was also exceptional—very professional and kind. Both Rishi and Gurvinder played a big role in making our Amritsar visit smooth and memorable. Day 3 – Dharamshala: Once again, Gurvinder was on time and picked us up from the hotel—always dependable. Unfortunately, our experience with the local guide in Dharamshala was disappointing. He met us midway between Dal Lake and the Church of St. John but offered no proper introduction—not even his name or an overview of the day’s plan. All he said was “Welcome to Dharamshala.” During the tour, there was minimal explanation or background provided. At Bhagsunath Temple and the waterfall, for instance, he simply stated, “This is a temple,” without offering any insight. As tourists, we expect a guided tour to include meaningful context and storytelling, which was missing here. Day 4 – Delhi Airport Pickup: The driver was delayed and arrived without a placard. I called executive Ms. Ruchi, who informed me the driver would arrive in 5–10 minutes. However, no one showed up during that time. We waited outside at all arrival points—A, B, and C—but couldn’t locate anyone. The driver eventually arrived 15–20 minutes late. There was no apology for the delay, and instead of picking us up at the designated point, he asked us to walk approximately 750 meters apparently to avoid paying the parking fee. This was quite inconvenient, especially after a long journey.Show more

Regarding your suggestion about the refreshment served during your transfer—please note that, apart from bottled water, any additional refreshments are offered as a complimentary service from our side. We like to surprise our guests with small touches and often vary the offerings based on the destination, season, and availability. However, your suggestion is well noted, and we will consider including more widely preferred options such as Coke or cold coffee in the future. We sincerely regret the disappointment with the local guide in Dharamsala. Your expectations for meaningful insights and storytelling are absolutely valid, and we apologize for the lack of engagement during that part of the tour. We will take this up with our local team and ensure better briefing and training for our guides moving forward. As for the Delhi airport pickup, we apologize for the confusion and delay. It was, coincidentally, the day of my wedding, and only Ms. Ruchi and one supporting staff member were available in the office. Due to other pending responsibilities, the coordination was left to the driver, who was waiting in the airport parking area instead of holding a paging board. Once you contacted Ms. Ruchi, the driver reached out and escorted you to the parking. We’d also like to clarify that due to airport regulations, vehicles are not permitted to park or pick up guests directly from the service lane, which is reserved for official airport utility vehicles. All travelers are now required to walk to the designated parking area for private vehicle pickups. That said, I personally apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. This is not the level of service we strive for, and we are taking steps to improve communication and coordination, especially for critical services like airport pickups.
