Regarding your suggestion about the refreshment served during your transfer—please note that, apart from bottled water, any additional refreshments are offered as a complimentary service from our side. We like to surprise our guests with small touches and often vary the offerings based on the destination, season, and availability. However, your suggestion is well noted, and we will consider including more widely preferred options such as Coke or cold coffee in the future.
We sincerely regret the disappointment with the local guide in Dharamsala. Your expectations for meaningful insights and storytelling are absolutely valid, and we apologize for the lack of engagement during that part of the tour. We will take this up with our local team and ensure better briefing and training for our guides moving forward.
As for the Delhi airport pickup, we apologize for the confusion and delay. It was, coincidentally, the day of my wedding, and only Ms. Ruchi and one supporting staff member were available in the office. Due to other pending responsibilities, the coordination was left to the driver, who was waiting in the airport parking area instead of holding a paging board. Once you contacted Ms. Ruchi, the driver reached out and escorted you to the parking.
We’d also like to clarify that due to airport regulations, vehicles are not permitted to park or pick up guests directly from the service lane, which is reserved for official airport utility vehicles. All travelers are now required to walk to the designated parking area for private vehicle pickups.
That said, I personally apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. This is not the level of service we strive for, and we are taking steps to improve communication and coordination, especially for critical services like airport pickups.
