The tours we offer will not include international airfare, as travellers can join the trip from many different countries. You will be responsible for booking your own flights to meet at the starting city of your tour. We saw a lot!!! The challenges were that many times throughout the tour, we got to the hotel late (9:00 PM or after), had not eaten, did not have water, and had to meet in the lobby the next day at 6:30 or 7:00 or 7:30 AM. This is hard if it is just adults, but with kids, it is even harder. We were traveling with an 11 year old and a 13 year old. Trying to have them go to bed hungry was not great. One of the hotels, the one in Paris, the restaurant was closed for remodeling, and there was no vending machine, and the only place to get water was a mini market up the street, that had already closed by the time we got there. The tour guides should have a case of water for each evening, to give each person one as they exit the bus. Additionally, I think the agenda should be revised to avoid the combination of a late arrival at the hotel, and an early departure the next morning. It was just too much. We enjoyed what we did see, but could have used more rest, downtime, and opportunities to eat/drink water. The tour guides and drivers were all friendly and fantastic. We always felt safe and taken care of. There was always someone there to meet us when they were supposed to be there.Show more

However, as you know, due to external situations, we cannot guarantee that the tour will operate. Europamundo will always try to change the itinerary and adapt it, just as we did this year when some countries closed their borders to passengers from the USA and other origins. We always work so that our passengers can travel and have the best possible experience.
  In the case of a cancellation we will work with you in order to find another suitable departure, or to give you the refund of the total of your payment.
  We will not be held liable to any other costs incurred such as airfare or hotels not booked with us. We understand that this is a situation less than ideal, but we owe you total clarity.

The policy does not cover any incidents during any flight transfers nor previous or posterior stays that were not provided by Europamundo.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
