Each passenger is responsible for bringing their luggage to the bus and hotel room. The coach luggage hold has limited space and this affects the maximum amount of luggage authorised per passenger on our circuits: one suitcase per person, weighing no more than 30 Kg. We recommend you take ONLY what you need. Your trip will be much more enjoyable if you do not have to worry constantly about struggling with heavy, bulky suitcases.

Will you provide the transport from the airport to the hotel for the first and the last day of the trip?

In a big part of our regular tours (discount not applied in the privatized catalogue tours or Trip Styles) if you travel alone, you are not forced to buy the single supplement and instead you can opt to share a room with another traveler by paying a supplement of 35€ (40$) for Europamundo to find a same gender partner, although not necessarily the same age, to share the room in twin.

Looking at "Atlantic Ring" -- haven't checked dates yet but would like to travel in September, 2023. How do you find the smaller tours (less than 50)?

I am a solo traveler and have been researching many tour options and came to love yours the most! I really want to book the Atlantic Ring tour for the dates July 9-23 but saw that it's sold out. Is there any possible way I could be squeezed in for that trip?

The guides we had were not organized, or gave very little history on the places we did visit. Guides often referring to Google for history of the places we went. Gave more information in Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish this can be very confusing and frustrating. Explanations for the times returning to meet to return to the bus NOT ALWAYS CLEAR, God forbid if you were late arriving at the bus, often RUDE TO THE TRAVELERS. Some of the bus drivers were giving the guides explanations, and history of the places we were passing though, but the guides not passing the information on to us. Also what they needed to do when crossing borders, having strangers on the bus helping them sort out our passports and other personal information! Excursions that I paid, BEING CHARGED 25$ EUR MORE THAN THE EXCUSION WAS LISTED FOR, the company DID NOT HAVE THEM ON THIER LIST!! I HAD IT ON MY "MY TRIP" When asked about this, I was told the Company "Boss" didn't know anything about these situations, trips, or times, "that they just drive their fancy cars!" Being told that we would be reimbursed for excursions but NEVER HAPPENED! Trying to contact the company about this situation, but NEVER getting an answer.Show more

To be a Europamundo guide it is necessary to hold an official C1 English certificate and complete a training course to ensure the best possible experience. We understand that styles of explanation may not suit everyone, but we have passed on your comments to the relevant department to address the lack of information. We have not received similar complaints from other passengers regarding our guides, but we still apologize for the inconvenience and will take appropriate action. As for the person who boarded the bus at the border, this was a border agent assisting the guide. We regret that this made you feel uncomfortable. As stated in the terms and conditions, in addition to the excursions included in the itinerary, Europamundo offers a number of optional excursions available through the "My Trip" link for each passenger. These are not mandatory and, not being part of the initial itinerary, have an additional cost. Regarding the optional excursion that was incorrectly charged, this was a human error on the part of the guide, for which we apologize. Once we became aware of the problem, the refund was processed. As this is an international refund, it may take some time to be reflected in your account. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
