We are surprised to hear that you had difficulty understanding the guide. To be a Europamundo guide it is necessary to hold an official C1 English certificate and complete a training course to ensure the best possible experience. We understand that styles of explanation may not suit everyone, but we have passed on your comments to the relevant department to address the lack of information. We have not received similar complaints from other passengers regarding our guides, but we still apologize for the inconvenience and will take appropriate action. As for the person who boarded the bus at the border, this was a border agent assisting the guide. We regret that this made you feel uncomfortable. As stated in the terms and conditions, in addition to the excursions included in the itinerary, Europamundo offers a number of optional excursions available through the "My Trip" link for each passenger. These are not mandatory and, not being part of the initial itinerary, have an additional cost. Regarding the optional excursion that was incorrectly charged, this was a human error on the part of the guide, for which we apologize. Once we became aware of the problem, the refund was processed. As this is an international refund, it may take some time to be reflected in your account.     Is there help with luggage on tours? This is a must as a traveling senior.

      Each passenger is responsible for bringing their luggage to the bus and hotel room. The coach luggage hold has limited space and this affects the maximum amount of luggage authorised per passenger on our circuits: one suitcase per person, weighing no more than 30 Kg. We recommend you take ONLY what you need. Your trip will be much more enjoyable if you do not have to worry constantly about struggling with heavy, bulky suitcases.

      Is there an extra cost for solo travel? Yes, there is also the option of share room Reservations "To Share". In a big part of our regular tours (discount not applied in the privatized catalogue tours or Trip Styles) if you travel alone, you are not forced to buy the single supplement and instead you can opt to share a room with another traveler by paying a supplement of 35€ (40$) for Europamundo to find a same gender partner, although not necessarily the same age, to share the room in twin.

      Group tours in Europe is a popular tour as you get to travel around easily without moving around by yourself a lot.

      You will be using a coach bus to travel within each country. It is great opportunity to meet other like minded fellow travellers and create a trip of a life time.

      The transportation on this trip is via motor coach. You will be travelling on this motor coach with up to 50 other like minded travellers from around the world.

      We have the following dates available

      Currently our regular departures are operating with a minimum of two passengers, the most flexible policy of any major touroperator. However, please keep in mind that at this date we still cannot guarantee the operation for your chosen departure. Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not.

      Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

    I am a solo traveler and have been researching many tour options and came to love yours the most! I really want to book the Atlantic Ring tour for the dates July 9-23 but saw that it's sold out. Is there any possible way I could be squeezed in for that trip?

      More and more towns and entire countries in Europe are not allowing unvaccinated passengers to enter restaurants, shows, places and even hotels. Due to the international health situation, a printed vaccination certificate as well as on your mobile devise is advised to bring with you along the tour, since it will be required in many European countries as a passport to access means of transport, museums, restaurants, breakfast rooms, etc. Remember that not having this certificate may complicate the development of your tour.

      I do not offer you availability for July 9th. I can offer you availability for July 16. Currently our departures operate from 2 people. We evaluate the destinations week by week to make a decision on whether the tour will operate or not since we depend on the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination and opening according to each country.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before November 7th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 7th, 2026, a minimum payment of $125 is required to confirm your booking with Europamundo. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Europamundo will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Europamundo" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
