Our group size typically ranges from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 12 travellers, and on average, it usually falls somewhere in the mid-range. As for inclusions, all listed activities and fees related to them are already included in the trip price, so there's no need to worry about that during the tour. Please note that visa arrangements are not included and will need to be handled by you directly, depending on your nationality and the countries visited.

What should I do about travel and passport details?

You need to provide your travel and passport details in the passenger details section of your booking confirmation page.

What if I need to make changes to my trip?

If you need to make any changes to your trip, inform us at least 56 days before your scheduled departure and you may select new travel dates or another trip without incurring a change fee.

Can you offer arrangements for airport transfers?

If you've purchased an arrival transfer, you will be met by a representative in the arrivals hall after customs. Alternatively, you can choose local taxis, which are available at the airport.

How are meals managed during the tour?

Meals are usually included as specified per itinerary; where meals are not included, your tour leader will assist with local dining options.

How can I manage optional activities during the tour?

Optional activities can be arranged on the ground via your tour leader unless they require pre-booking as mentioned in your tour details.

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
- Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with Intrepid Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Intrepid Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Intrepid Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
