Dublin
You'll arrive in Dublin whenever works best for your flight. There's nothing scheduled today, though coming a day or two early gives you time to get a feel for the city on your own. Everyone meets up for a welcome gathering in the evening to kick things off.

Dublin
You'll start the day with a guided walk around Dublin led by your CEO, who'll give you an orientation to the city. After that, you have time to explore on your own, so you can head to the Medieval Quarter, check out St. Patrick's Cathedral, walk through Dublin Castle, or visit one of the whiskey distilleries if that interests you. Later in the afternoon, you'll go to Trinity College Dublin to see the Book of Kells in the library. By evening, you'll head to a local pub for Irish dinner with storytelling and traditional music to wrap up your first day.

Dublin to Cork
A private vehicle takes you to Cork, about 3 hours south. Once there, someone will walk you through the city layout and then you're free to explore on your own. The Cork County Gaol, the old White Star Line ticket office with Titanic history, the English Market's busy stalls, or a pub serving Murphy's Irish Stout all make for good options depending on what you're in the mood for.

Cork to Killarney
You'll travel about 1.5 hours to Killarney by private vehicle. First stop is Blarney Castle, standing for roughly 600 years and one of Ireland's most recognizable castles. After climbing up to kiss the Blarney Stone for supposedly good conversation skills, you'll head into Killarney for an afternoon whiskey and chocolate tasting with someone who knows the area well. The evening offers an optional traditional Celtic dance show if you want to catch it.

Killarney
Today you'll drive the full Ring of Kerry loop, one of Ireland's top scenic routes. The Iveragh Peninsula's coastline and forests make for incredible views, and you'll pass historic castles, churches, and small seaside villages along the way. After finishing the drive, you'll return to Killarney for the evening on your own.

Killarney to Galway
Head to the Cliffs of Moher this morning and board a boat for a coastal cruise to see these natural cliffs from the water. Between May and early July, puffins often show up along the cliffs. After the cruise ends, check out the visitor centre there, then continue to Galway, a working harbor city on Ireland's west coast and the main hub for the Galway Gaeltacht region.

Later, there's an optional farewell dinner if you want to gather with the group one last time.
