The tour is partially guided. Travelers will be with english speaking tour guide during the activities and travelers will be on their own during leisure time.

Which airline is booked for the Japan to Korea part of this trip (since it is included in the tour price) and if I'm able to select my own seat once I book the tour? Also, is it possible to get the name of the train station in Tokyo that is closest to the hotel/accommodation for the first three nights?

For the flight from Tokyo to Seoul, it won't be confirmed within 21-30 days before the departure date. We will send the flight information along with the final Itinerary around 2-3 weeks before the departure date. From there, the traveler can reach out the airline directly about the seats selection. If needed, we can assist the seats selection from there too. For this tour, the first 2 nights we normally arrange close to Narita airport which is convenient for their arrival transfers.

Based on the number of travelers, the reservation qualifies for two rooms. We highly recommend booking two rooms for both safety and comfort. Should the family prefer to stay in one room, please note that hotel rooms are typically smaller compared to standard U.S. hotel rooms.

- For any tour departing before July 9th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of $500 is required to confirm your booking with Intertrips. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
