They also enjoyed the Awesome accommodations that were chosen for the stays! The most thing that my clients advised is they had a lot of fun! I as the agent contacted to your company several times with various questions to ensure my clients needs were met (things they were hoping to do etc) and every question or inquiry I had - there was a quick response! This was much appreciated! Based on this - and rhe of tomato on provided and how thorough the information was - I would use this tour company again. This trip was really amazing but like with many things not everything goes perfectly planned however we really enjoyed our time here. Pick-up, people, stays, food and tours were good! We got to Galapagos and this friendly face was waiting for us to guide us and show us some beautiful places as soon as we landed. Afterwards we had these amazing tours but when we left to Isabela that's when someone forgot to book our hotel however this really friendly lady helped us immediately and called everywhere to make sure we had a place to stay and everything got sorted out. The last day however that we were suppose to go to Baltra they changed our plan late at night and that was a bit of a let down however we enjoyed the other trip to Santa Fe. The tour company organized this really beautiful dinner at a super beautiful place in Santa Cruz near the beach! It was really nice of them! All in all this is a trip is really worth every penny. I would of liked more communication on the tours that we did as this was a bit confusing sometimes if it was sea/beach tour or hiking tours that is the only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star. More explanation on the tours would of really been nice so you can be prepared for everything that is happening. Thank you guys for the trip, we really appreciate the hospitality!Show more

This tour is perfect for those with limited time to spend and a desire to have some freedom to explore the towns and restaurants. The itinerary was well organized and provided a good mix of water and land activities. With a land-based tour comes early mornings and travel during the day, which led to some fatigue by the end of the week, but otherwise would do the same if we could do it over again. The local tour operators were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure the experience was good. The online communication prior to the trip was good but a few items were incorrect eg we did indeed need COVID pcr testing at the time of our travel and this was not clear prior to our departure. We got the test just in case and we’re very happy we did.Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
