Day 1
Moshi to Chemka Hot Springs
You'll head out early from your Moshi hotel for roughly an hour's drive to Chemka Hot Springs. The route gets pretty bumpy and winding, but it's a good chance to see how life actually happens in Tanzania along the way. Once you arrive, the day opens up for swimming, floating around, or just relaxing in those warm turquoise waters with forest all around you. There's a rope swing if you're feeling adventurous, chances to spot some wildlife, and lunch available in the shade. Mostly though, it's about unwinding in this quiet spot away from everything.

My safari with Travel Africa Safari Agency was honestly a dream come true! Everything was so well-organized from the moment I landed—on-time pick-up from the airport, smooth accommodation arrangements, and the most amazing safari experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Tunu, who was the very first person I spoke to when I started looking for safari agents. She was so polite, patient, and professional, and always responded to my questions right away. She really listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make it happen. Honestly, she’s the reason I booked with them! And then there’s Joseph (Rasta), my guide—what an incredible person! He was not only polite and friendly but also super knowledgeable about the areas and the animals. He had an amazing eye for spotting wildlife and made sure we got the best views. His driving, timing, and guiding were just perfect, and he made the whole safari unforgettable. Once back in Arusha for my final day my driver Daniel looked after me very well showing different parts of the city. From day one to the end of the Safari, everything was perfect. Halima, my first contact, was incredibly patient and caring. James, who picked me up from the airport, made me feel at home right away, even treating us to roasted corn on the way. Nestor, my driver and now a friend, went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed every moment. Travel Africa is truly the best choice — amazing service, great prices, and wonderful people like Halima, James, Nestor, and Muhammad. I’ll definitely travel with them again!

Payment information
- For any tour departing before February 17th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after February 17th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Travel Africa Safari Agency. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
