We need 15pax for the tour to go. If the minimum number is not met 30 days before departure we will cancel the tour. For private tour I have to work on costing so I can give you price, I can have price during next week.

Also, since i am an Indian passport holder, for the purpose of my multiple entry Schengen Visa, would need certain documents from you (accommodation confirmation etc). Would you be providing that to facilitate the visa process which i would initiate please? Lastly, could you share your cancellation policy (in case for personal or covid related reasons, the trip can't be undertaken).

In the booking section when you choose desired date under accommodation section you well see single room supplement. Yes we can assist you with Visa procedures. Here is our cancellation policy: Land tours: Upon confirmation up till 30 days prior to departure- free of charge. 29 until 22 days before arrival – 50% of the remaining amount. 21 until 15 days before arrival – 75% of the remaining amount. 14 until 0 days before arrival – 100% fee. COVID-19 cancellation policy: In case a booking of the season 2022 has to be cancelled because of Government, Country or Entry Restrictions, we confirm a rebooking to another date without fees or alternatively a cancellation without fees.

Asked on February 2nd, 2022I am 69 years old with good physique. Fro the tour, you have mentioned "up to 65 as ideal age group". Will it be ok if i join ? Further, I wish to fly back from Belgrade (rather than traveling 400 km to Zagreb for catching return flight). Will that be OK as well?
