Is lunch included in the tour?

Lunch is not provided in the tour package, but you will have free time each day to purchase lunch.

If three people are paying, will we get three different rooms?

Booking for three people generally involves either shared accommodations in triple rooms or additional charges for a single supplement if you request separate rooms.

Would I be able to make it if my flight is departing Istanbul at 2.45pm? It is an international flight.

We book the flights 30 days before the tour starts, usually we book the flight departing at 17:00 and arrive in Istanbul around 18:25, please bear in mind that in case of no available seats on this flight we book a later one which is departing at 18:00 and arrive at 19:30. If your international flight departs Istanbul at 14:45, you may need to consider alternative arrangements to ensure you make your connection.

What measures are in place in case of a safety or health issue during the tour?

We ensure that all standard travel and health insurances are recommended and have contingency plans for emergencies.

What age groups are eligible to participate in the tour?

Our tours generally cater to ages 18 to 59, but we can try to accommodate outside this range if possible.

What are the approximate start and end times for each day's tour activities?

You will generally start your day after breakfast around 9 am and end the day after 6 pm.

How does the hotel room situation work?

The prices on the website are per person for shared accommodation. Unfortunately, some hotels do not have a proper triple room, so either a single supplement can be added for a private room or you might be paired with another solo traveler of the paj class.

What language are the guides speaking?

All our tours are guided in English.

The total cost for 2 adults in separate rooms (each in a single room) for the Fantastic Turkey tour, starting on March 30th, is 3100 Euros.

Could you assist them in booking the international arrival and departure flights?

Turkish Night was phenomenal, as was the Hagia Sofia, as was the hot air balloon and the many museums. My only regret is leaving. I would have stayed longer if I could.
