  On the 9 day tour of baobas and lemurs on day 9 what time will we be taken to the airport as I would like to book a flight to noisy be on that same day

    Until now, there is no booking on 2 November yet. However, if you sign-up for the tour, once the booking is confirmed, it will be a guarantee departure. On day 2, we will depart at 8am from the hotel.

    What are the cancellation fees in case the protests in Tana rise up again and I won't be able to travel there?

    30% cancellation fee if the customer cancels the tour 30–60 days before departure. 60% cancellation fee if the customer cancels the tour 15–29 days before departure. 100% cancellation fee if the customer cancels the tour less than 15 days before departure. No refund will be arranged in case of a no-show. However, we understand that it may be difficult to travel during the protest in Tana. In case you need to cancel your trip due to the protest, we will try to refund as much as we can.

    Yes, you can add a pre-accommodation in the same hotel mentioned in the itinerary before the tour. The price is 185 euro including the airport transfer.

    The price for Comfort hotels is €1,588 per person in a double/twin room €2,388 per person in a single room. For Luxury hotels, the rate is €2,058 per person in a double/twin room €3,200 per person in a single room. For a group of 4 people, we can offer special rates: Comfort hotels: €1,429 per person (double/twin) €2,150 per person (single). Luxury hotels: €1,852 per person (double/twin), €2,880 per person (single). For a group of 6 people, the rates are: Comfort hotels: €1,350 per person (double/twin) €2,030 per person (single). Luxury hotels: €1,750 per person (double/twin) €2,720 per person (single).

    We have another tour that include Tsingy de Bemaraha. If you think that there are too many long driving days in this tour, we can reduce it by travelling by domestic flight between Antananarivo and Morondava.

    Our '9-Day Baobab and Lemurs Tour' a group tour, which is daily departure possible. Sometimes the tour will have only 1 booking in a tour (solo traveller or people who are already know each other), if you want like to travel with other travellers, you can start the tour on 8 August.

    There are 2 people joining this tour if you depart on 8 August, and you will meet them on 9 August. Yellow fever vaccine is not needed to enter Madagascar.

    Yes, you will get your own room during the trip. For solo traveller, please book single room for accommodation. The price for single room in comfort hotel is 2388 euro and 3200 euro in luxury hotel. On day 8, you will arrive in Antananarivo in the afternoon. Yes, the airport transfer is included in our package. Our driver guide will pick you up on your arrival in Madagascar.

    The standard tour seems to be 9 days, 8 nights in a shared room for 1336 GBP (approx 1560 euros). You say it would cost 2388 euros for a single room in a comfort hotel. That's another 828 euros! For 8 nights in a single room!

    In our comfort accommodation option, we are using 4-star hotel in Antananarivo and 3-star hotel in other city. The single room supplement is a bit high. However, we can lower the price with using cheaper hotel.

    We can add a few beach days at the end of your tour. You can enjoy the beach in Morondava or Kimony (in Morondava) before returning to Antananarivo, you can also travel to other famous beach site such as Nosy Be or Saint Marie. Please let us know where do you prefer to go and we will adjust your itinerary.

    Would you recommend one over the other? Which one would be easier to get to at the end of the tour? Is one more expensive than the other? Do you fly or drive there?

    Both are great beach destinations. Nosy Be has more things to do, such as taking speed boat to visit small islands nearby. Saint Marie is more for people who like calm and relax. Both of the destinations need to go by flight. Nosy Be is a more famous touristic destination which makes it more expensive than Saint Marie. The domestic flights to Nosy be are more frequent too.

    I would like to have three full days there to enjoy. With the logistics of getting there, i'm not sure how many nights i would need there, four? The day the main tour ends, can i get to Nosy Be that same day? Also, what is the costs to add on this to the trip? Also, what accommodation do you recommend in Nosy Be?

    As far as flights, I was looking and it seems to be better for me to fly home from Antananarivo. If I take the 20:40 flight from Nosy BE - would I be back in time to catch a 12:30 am flight on 6/6 to return? Also - as far as activities in Nosy Be - I do want to either go snorkeling or diving, plus want to ride horses. I am not sure on the other items - let me look them up and see if I am interested. I do not need private tours, but an English speaking tours would be best.

    For the diving, I have not been diving in a while - so will need to not be too advanced of a dive - not too deep or in currents. A long horse ride sounds good - 3 hours - is it all on the beach - or in the jungle too?
