  Can I check what the price listed includes for the trip? Specifically, would all of the accommodation and travel between 11 - 16 January be included? I am travelling alone and have never been to Vietnam before (always wanted to go!) and this tour looks ideal.

    We are flexible on the schedule, and it is fine to join the tour at the end of 1st day. However, if you arrive at around noon, and if all others in the group agree, can try to swap the tour to the afternoon, so that you can join it.

    I think my flight gets in at around 15:30, so I would miss a lot of the afternoon. It is very kind of you to offer changing the schedule, but I would be happy to miss that first day and join that evening. I will be staying another day in Hanoi after the journey, so could explore Hanoi then.

In details, the trekking distance for 2 days is as below: Day3 : Lao Cai – Road transfer to Sapa – Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Sapa (up to 12km) Day 4: Sapa - Cat Cat - Sin Chai - Sapa - Hanoi - Road transfer (up to 6km). The tour is on a small group tour, up to 10 people in total. In case you wish to take it in private, the supplement for a private trip is 52usd/ person (3 of you sharing 1 triple room).

  Interested in a family tour in Vietnam for 7-8 days. I see you have this tour but it ends in Halong which is not ideal - we would want to end in Hanoi. Can you please confirm what options you have? Could you please also confirm when we book twin rooms, are we ensured to be together (at least one adult and one child)? What are the rates for adult versus children (our kids are 8 and 10)?

    If you book twin rooms, I will take note to hotels, to make sure your family have room as closer as possible (next doors/ opposite doors). Here are our Children Policy rates: For infant (<04 years old): FOC except domestic ticket cost. 04 - 11 years old without bed: 50% adult rate. 04 - 11 years old with extra bed: 75% adult rate. 04 - 11 years old in twin share: 90% adult rate.
