Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Kochi
You'll arrive at Cochin International Airport and get transferred to your hotel. Once you're settled in, spend the day walking through Kochi's colonial areas. Start with Fort Kochi and Marine Drive, then check out St. Francis Church where Vasco da Gama was first buried. The Dutch Palace shows off the region's Portuguese influences with its detailed murals. Santa Cruz Basilica is worth seeing for its architecture, and Bolgatty Island offers a different perspective of the area. Stop by the Indo-Portuguese Museum to understand the region's history before heading back to your hotel for the evening.

- Day 2
Kochi to Alleppey (Houseboat Backwater Cruise)
After breakfast, you'll head to Alleppey and board your houseboat around 1:00 PM. Lunch is served onboard as you cruise through the backwaters, passing traditional fishing nets and paddy fields surrounded by coconut groves. You'll see how locals live and work, plus ancient temples along the water. The afternoon and evening are yours to relax aboard the houseboat as it drifts through Kerala's calm backwaters. You'll spend the night on the water.

- Day 3
Alleppey to Kayamkulam (Ayurvedic Wellness)
You'll have breakfast on the houseboat, then travel to Kayamkulam where you check into the Waterfront Cottage at the Ayurvedic resort. The resident Ayurvedic doctor will do your Dosha Analysis and Prakriti test to understand your body type. From there, you'll start your Panchakarma treatments with therapists, followed by yoga and meditation sessions to help you unwind. You'll stay overnight at the resort.
