If there is a discrepancy between booking prices and advertised rates, please bring it to our attention. We will review the rates and make necessary corrections or clarifications.

What is the cancellation policy for the cruise?

If a cruise is cancelled due to insufficient bookings at least 60 days before departure, a full refund will be provided. Cancellation by the passenger incurs a fee which varies depending on when the cancellation is made.

Group bookings can affect suite availability, so we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure you get your preferred suite type.

What should I do if the cabin I'm assigned is too noisy or has other issues?

You can report any issues with your cabin to our onboard staff. We aim to address and resolve these issues promptly to ensure a comfortable stay.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 8th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 8th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Lotus Cruises. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 125 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Lotus Cruises will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
