What are the procedures if I find the booking price different from advertised rates?

If there is a discrepancy between booking prices and advertised rates, please bring it to our attention. We will review the rates and make necessary corrections or clarifications.

What is the cancellation policy for the cruise?

If a cruise is cancelled due to insufficient bookings at least 60 days before departure, a full refund will be provided. Cancellation by the passenger incurs a fee which varies depending on when the cancellation is made.

How do group bookings affect suite availability?

Group bookings can affect suite availability, so we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure you get your preferred suite type.

What should I do if the cabin I'm assigned is too noisy or has other issues?

You can report any issues with your cabin to our onboard staff. We aim to address and resolve these issues promptly to ensure a comfortable stay.

Which cabins are the quietest?

The quietest cabins are 301 to 310. On the 23 Feb 2025 cruise we are currently having these cabins available: 302, 303, 306, 309 and 310.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 125 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
