Bad experience from start to finish. It is supposed to do personalized tours, yes, but at the whim of the manager Ahmed. It seems that he guides you based on the experience he has, but in reality he takes you to the hotels and places where he has a price and if you tell him another hotel he will give you a hard time (or give you exorbitant prices) so that you don't take it. The program that he will give you will have no head or tail, he will claim that he has a lot of work and that what you have talked about is what will be done (during the trip you will have to argue to get to do what you wanted to see). It is supposed to be a personalized trip and the freedom that comes with it, in reality it is like a group trip (same inflexibility) but MUCH more expensive. There are days where you literally watch the Nile go by while other tourists see things and other days there won't even be time to eat (this is also literal). Every day you will change car/driver and some days the driver will be that way as, in our case, there were days that he could not pass to the tourist parking (he was not accredited) and the car was dirty. If you are students the price of the monuments is reduced by half, but not the price of the tour (we understood that the difference was kept by the guide). The program that he gives you has neither feet nor head, he will repeat visits, omit others and the same you arrive twice to the same place one day by boat and the next by plane .... Another point is to be sure of the category of the hotels and when you check in, stay with the guide to find out the category of rooms and others. Even taking 5* hotels these are of Spanish hostel category (some have more category than any hotel in Egypt). If you have a food allergy or intolerance problem you better bring food from home. In our case it was to milk, we said it at least 3 times during the booking process and they told us that there was no problem that we were going to 5 star hotels and they were used to it, very well ..., you arrive at the hotel and ohhh! surprise, there are no options available, nobody has warned them and if that will do something for the next trip you come!!!! How the experience is to return!!!! In short, if you want a generalist trip go to the classic agencies and if you want to get out of the normal and see monuments outside the normal circuits go to a specialized agency and not Ahmed's agency.
