    Asked on January 8th, 2026

My mother is 77 years old and has limited mobility due to a back issue (uses a walker). She would very much like to see Antartica though understands that the Zodiak trips and the like would not be for her. Given said issue, would this trip be okay for her provided she remains on the ship?

    Age Range
    Tour Details
    • On The Go ToursOperatorWritten January 2026

Unfortunately, the Classic Antarctica – 10 Days expedition would not be suitable for your mother, even if she were to remain onboard the ship throughout the voyage. All passengers must be in good overall health and physically capable of managing normal onboard and shore-related activities, which may involve moderate exertion and a high degree of self-sufficiency. This includes navigating stairs between decks and managing steep gangways. The ship is not equipped to accommodate wheelchairs or walkers.

    Asked on November 26th, 2025

Could you please confirm the bathroom arrangement for this type of booking?

    Accommodation
    • On The Go ToursOperatorWritten November 2025

Two cabins share one bathroom accessible from both cabins (shower and wc). Each cabin is also equipped with its own washbasin.

    • On The Go ToursOperatorWritten November 2025

On the Classic Antarctica – 10 days tour, the standard twin cabins share a bathroom that's accessible from both cabins. Each cabin also has its own washbasin. If you prefer a private bathroom, there are a limited number of suites available with en-suite facilities.

    Asked on October 7th, 2025

I was wondering if an 8 year old would be permitted to go on the cruise, as I note that the brochure states 10 as an "ideal age."

    Age Range
    Tour Details
    • On The Go ToursOperatorWritten October 2025

For the Classic Antarctica – 10 Day Tour departing Monday, 3 November 2025, the minimum age requirement is 15 years old. This means that unfortunately, children under 15—including 8-year-olds—are not permitted on this specific expedition cruise. The age guideline is in place due to the nature of the voyage, which includes: Zodiac landings in remote and potentially challenging environments, Moderate physical activity requirements, Safety protocols that may not be suitable for younger children

    Asked on October 1st, 2025

I'm interested in booking one of your tours in December as a solo traveler, but was wondering if you pair people in shared cabins? The cost is over a $5,000 difference to book a single private room and was wondering if there is any flexibility or other solo women traveling that would be paired up.

    Asked on August 7th, 2025

what is the name of excursion for this itinerary? Also, are there more pictures of the cruise ship? Lastly, if I reserve it for 48 hours & I don't make the $400 by then? Does it open up to the next person?

    Price / Availability
    Tour Details
    • On The Go ToursOperatorWritten August 2025

The name of this tour is Classic Antarctica. I am not sure what you mean by excursion, if you could clarify? We have very limited availability for the remainder of the year. To hold space we require your name as per passport, date of birth, and passport nationality. If you choose not to book this space will be released for anyone to book. This tour requires a 30% deposit to secure space and full payment is due 90 days prior to departure.

I submitted the 48 hours hold but it doesnt allow me to enter my nationality. I'm an American. Will I get more details once I decide to move forward? What's the difference between making $400 deposit vs 30% of the payment to reserve it?
