  Trip we'll never forget. Started at the Lotus Temple in Delhi which was a beautiful site. Visited Old and New Delhi, walking round shops and spice markets. Rahis took us a samosa shop which was over 150 years old and the best samosa of our lives. After we visited the spice markets and had a ride in a tuk tuk and viewed some wonderful sites. After travelling to Agra stopped at a lovely hotel for the night. An early morning trip to the Taj Mahal was incredible. Following we visited Agra fort which also has an interesting history and beautiful back drop. Our hotel in Jaipur was also clean and comfortable with a later start, viewing the Water Palace followed by a trip to Hawa Mahal (palace of winds) with our lovely guide, Tahir who was very knowledgeable and attentive to the entire group, giving us back ground on Indian history and heritage as well as the sites. We also visited the Royal city palace and even went to the extreme of moving on a traffic jam so we could return to our final destination on time Jaipur- really enjoyed visiting local precious and semi precious gem stone jewelry shop which has been mentioned in new York times, we were impressed with their rates. Be aware that the optional visits to demonstrations and workshops are likely to involve an attempt to sell. Strongly recommend not taking a bag into Taj Mahal as the bag check and security was very intense and took away from the enjoyment of the moment. Entry costs are not listed so ensure you have cash and review costs before going. Restaurants visited were tourist rates however delicious and local recommendations were given. Virendra- we were lucky to have a brilliant, safe and attentive driver who put in long hours so we could enjoy our trip.Show more

  We found the whole trip rushed. Lunch was alway super late 4-7pm. We were promised shopping will be better at the next location and eventually we had to rush back to Delhi and got no shopping done which was disappointed. We should have had more time in Chandnichowk for shopping however apart from jalabi we were rushed to get back to drive to agar. The ricksha ride was good. We have to push for the Chandnichowk otherwise because of the rush to leave for agar it was going to be early swept under the carpet. The accomodation at agar at karans villa was absulutely disgusting. We were given wet towels on arrival and blanket sheets has white spots which looked like it was used and not washed from the last customers. There was lip stick stains and fresh blood on my sheets which I showed to the house keeping. The pillows were also stained. Even after complaining after it was change the sheets and towels was wet. There kept saying it was damp but it was wet. We complained to the tour leader however we spent the night here and our next accomodation was at 7 Apple hotel at Jaipur and it was a nice clean professional hotel. Each day we got a new tour guide for diffident places and agar tour guide was pushy especially getting a professional to take pictures of us at the Taj Mahal which is sure to benefit him as we paid the professional photographer. We were promised we could choose pic and at the end they printed however many they wanted. We argued this as all of us heard we could choose pics. The tour guide the Jaipur also took us to the elephant farm place which is not a ethical elephant framing place. It is not regulated and even though they say it it according to trip advisor it it not. This is a scam. We didn’t know we went in and was told to pay $100 rupees each for entering. The tour guide didn’t physically tell us this which was questioned him he said all monuments has a entry fee however we refused to pay as this isn’t a monument and he is the guide to Tell us before we enter. We did pay for this. He also took us to high end jewellery place which we didn’t have any time to visit properly to but anything because we have to get to Delhi in time. We were taken to specific sewing technique and stone work in agar which was a ok to see but it felt like we were forced and pushed to buy things. Overall we found the trip ok. The guides in each place look at their own benefit and take you to places were they get a cut from your purchase. I would be very careful about what to spend and where. The driver was amazing. Was very humble and nice. Excellent driving . Ali our tour leader was nice too. However the guides there choose and what they do they need to pay attention too as the guides in each place are left to deal with us however as there are employed at the company this need attention as it over represents the company as a whole experience. Overall the experience was ok. If we could get a drive and get around that wouldn’t better because it felt like that’s all we did. We paid for all the entry to everything.Show more

  I did the three day Delhi, Agra and Jaipur Tour and everything was perfect. The driver was very experienced and the car was very nice. I think it is a challenge for everyone driving in India but you feel very safe. In every city I had a very kind tour guide explaining everything very clearly. The first day was a great mixture of sights, a walk through Old Delhi and the newer parts of the city (Gandhi memorial, India Gate). The second day, visiting Taj Mahal in the earling morning light is a real highlight. On the third day they even organized a german speaking guide for me who decided to spend the whole day with me in Jaipur showing me even hidden places of the city. I can fully recommend India Arrival Tours! They fully demonstrate the warm Indian hospitality, take care of everything and try to organize everything according to the wish of the customer.Show more

Please note that the driver will pick you up, and he will hire a tour guide in each city for you. Overall good pricing to commute between the 3 cities, including tour guide (entrance to monuments will be extra). Good point: flexibility. He agreed to pick us up at Delhi airport, drive straight to Agra and finish the tour in Delhi.Show more
