  I booked this tour through a travel agent and she hasn't given me any information. I'm making payments directly to you, so I know I'm booked. I was hoping you could add my email to any of your communications. Please just let me know what you need me to do in order to do that.

    Here is a timeline of your booking process;
    
    • 60 Days Before Your Tour Start Date - You will be required to pay the final balance (if you haven't already)
    • 30 Days Before Your Tour Start Date - We will send out the Welcome Email which will include; Welcome Pack (filled with handy info about Bali - currency, ATMs vs cash, phrases, packing suggestions, local customs etc, Itinerary (confirmed day-to-day activities, hotel and meals info)
    • 3 to 5 Days Before Your Tour Start Date - We will send out an invite to join the tour WhatsApp group where you can introduce yourself, meet your fellow travellers and say hello to your guide!

  I am reaching out because I am very interested in your "Bali Classic 12 Days" tour. I am a 21-year-old solo traveler. I would like to ask if there are any male travelers already booked for this departure (June 1st to June 12th). To be honest, I have seen some tours with only female participants, and I would simply prefer to be in a mixed group with other male travelers as well.

    For your date we currently have 5 female and 2 males signed up so with you joining that would take it to 5/3 split. Bali does tend to attract more female guests, however, your selected date would the best for gender split at this moment.

  Is it possible to do the tour in Spanish? I'm asking because I'm from Mexico and all the audience that follow me on social media are mexicans and latinos, and they look for trips in spanish.

    Our local Bali guides don't speak Spanish I'm afraid but they do speak great English. Hopefully you can bridge that gap and help some of your followers with translating some of the fun facts as you adventure around the island. It wouldn't be the first time for us to see that happen as long as the host (you) is confident in doing so. Do let us know if you feel up to that and are happy with the local Balinese guide to show you the true beauty of their country. A friendly heads up, most if not all tour guides in Bali that are not Indonesian locals, may be guiding without the correct permits and could be a risk for your group. We highly recommend using a local guide and fingers crossed the travellers English is good enough to understand our guide and learn all about the interesting culture and traditions here.

    Check in is from 2pm on Day 1 of the tour, or the same time if you were to purchase a pre-night accommodation if you plan to arrive the day prior to the start. For the final day, you will travel back by Ferry from Gili Trawangan to Bali mainland, then the bus will arrive back in Canggu at 14:30 (ETA). As traffic will likely occur between Canggu and the airport, we recommend booking a flight no earlier than 18:00 to allow you to arrive early with enough time.

    Yes on the Bali Classic 12 day tour One Life Adventures tour, we do provide you an airport pick up if you arrive on day 1 of the tour, and again if a pre-night was purchased, it's also inclusive of pick up. There is no included drop off, nor purchasable through us. This can be organised on the ground and the guide can assist with showing you the easiest and most affordable way of doing so.

    When snorkeling in Penida, this is out at sea yes, not at shore, but you are given life jackets to swim in for your own safety, if it isn't something you felt comfortable doing you can of course chill out on the boat. In Gili Trawangan, the sea is much more shallow and at times you can spot turtles in very shallow waters.

    We are the provider of the Bali Classic 12 Day One Life Adventures, so we could only speak on behalf of our own tour. But what I can tell you is that our head office is based in Bali and have been running this tour for 5+ years already, our tour includes so many activities there are no hidden costs, what you see is what you get. There is also some free time provided in different areas if you did want to take up on different activities in Bali that aren't in the written itinerary.

    We also send a welcome email out to you 30 days before the tour, this includes a lot of the details you'll need to prepare and feel mentally prepared, but of course our team are here to answer any of your questions you may have.

    Yes I'm sure we can do that! I'll speak to our operations team and see what their advice is for the best day to do it. I would assume around the Ubud period as that's where there are the most ATV riding centres.

  I believe the trip is over on the 26th so I would like to find transportation to hotel somewhere near the airport after it's done so I can fly out the next day. Is this a good flight schedule and compatible with the trip?

    Yes correct the tour will end on the 26th, if you wanted we can book you a post night accommodation, it will be $99AUD and will be back at the hotel where you started in Canggu. We don't offer an airport drop off, though an app Grab is downloadable the app store for you to get an affordable taxi to the airport on the 27th early morning. Or the hotel can assist in pre-booking a taxi, which may be a little more but this way you are guaranteed a pick up on time seeing as you'll need to leave very early to catch the flight at 7.15 am. Otherwise we would recommend looking at a flight out in the afternoon on the 27th so you don't have to wake up so early.
    
    If you wish to book somewhere nearer the airport then looking in the area called Kuta would be closer, though this you would need to book yourself.

  Can you organise 5 star hotels as can't see rating of the accommodation on your advertising

    We do not offer 5 star accommodation, but we do give you the option to upgrade to a Private Room Upgrade for the duration of the tour. I have attached the itinerary of the tour which lists all the accommodation that we use

    Unfortunately not, our accommodation offerings whilst still really good, would not be classed as 5 star. You can find a list of the locations in the itinerary and check it online to see if they would still work for you - one of them is a 4 star beachfront hotel on Gili Trawangan! We do pack our tours with lots of amazing things to do, and you won't spend a great deal of time in your room. You really will have an amazing experience with us, so if you are still interested in joining us in Bali please let me know and we can get you booked in!

  I'm interested in this tour, but was wondering if I am within the age range. I'm a 56 year old female. I'm not worried about the activity level. I've hiked 2 Camino's in Spain and Portugal, and hiked St Cuthbert's Way in Scotland/England. Just curious if there is anyone else around my age?

    Can you confirm which dates you are looking to travel and I can provide an accurate quote for you. Regarding booking the flights for you, we unfortunately do not offer this service. Skyscanner is usually a really good option to compare prices from different airlines.

    Our rooms are either single or twin throughout this tour, unfortunately we wouldn't be able to accommodate 3 people in one room. Our Bali tour is amazing! You should still 100% look to join us and you could have 1 person in a private single room and the other in a twin
